    The easiest car purchase and experience I have ever had! Had a car transferred to the WR location for me to test drive which took about two weeks (I was told this when the transfer was requested so this was fine). From start to finish the entire process was smooth and the sales team I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Zero pressure was put on me to buy a car at any point. They let me know what my financing options were in my budget without making a dramatic show like car dealerships usually do nor had me waiting around for hours on end. Came home with a car I loved! I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. Thanks Carmax!

    From ONE star to FIVE…read more I had a horrendous experience at this location years ago and said I'd never do business here again. BUT, I can say that things have definitely improved since then! Reluctantly, I called them to get some recall items taken care of. I spoke with Ms. Christy and she is amazing! She was very kind, polite, helpful, and understanding of my past experience. She set an appointment, provided me with a point of contact, and assured me that this experience would be different. I knew this time was different from the moment I showed up. I was early for my 0800 appointment but was still acknowledged and greeted by Ms. Tela. I saw Ms. Christy and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Ms. Tela is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. She kept me very informed and was super helpful. Unlike my last visit, she explained everything, took pictures of my car, gathered the necessary information from my vehicle, and made sure all expectations were set. I was unable to wait for my car at the dealership and even got a ride back home this time. My service was finished timely and someone (I forgot his name but he's awesome too) came back to get me. This time was definitely a major improvement from the last debacle. I hope that this reflects the entire service department and that they keep this up!

After waiting for 75 minutes, I noticed my truck in the parking lot and assumed it was finished with my oil change and tire rotation. I went to the check-out desk and asked for my bill and keys. I was then informed that my truck had not been serviced at all. What the hell is the point of making an appointment when no one even had the courtesy to inform me that they were running behind, so I could make other arrangements? There are all new people in the check-in area, and I am very disappointed with their lack of professional concern for their customers' time and loyalty to this facility. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I drove all the way in from Athens. Once I got on the lot I was helped by Scott/Scottie. Definitely ask for him if you go. He has a lovely approach and was a pleasure to talk to. He was not at all overbearing and I really enjoyed spending time with him and was glad he was the one helping me. I really appreciate honest people and I felt like Scott was. I came really early on a Saturday and none of the detailers were around yet, and Virginia and Scott both volunteered to wash my car! As far as I know they figured something else out to get it clean but they seemed flat out determined at the time. It was a nice gesture. I love my new car and have 0 complaints! So far a great experience! Probably the best I've had while buying a car.

    Had talked to sales representative (Chris) via email and text expressed my interest in car told him…read morei was selling my car taken off the work at lunch and coming to see car we talked for two days about this car NEVER was it mentioned others was looking or that I'd need to put a deposit down to "hold" car I head to Warner Robins I text Chris no reply I call and get no answer get 1/2 way there (1.5 hour ride) I call dealership to find out from someone else that the car had been sold!! Very poor customer service I understand a sale is a sale in their eyes but to make it worse I received a email that morning at random saying all cars had been marked down to make room for new inventory (reduced around $300) why would you do that when I never had tried to discuss price I was willing to pay asking price just very poor customer service will not recommend business for anyone
