I drove down early this morning, and Juli, Don, Tyler, and sales manager Mike were awesome to work with. They handled the entire process with professionalism and courtesy. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours and back in Atlanta that afternoon. I truly appreciate their help and wanted to give them the praise they deserve. If you're in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins!

Do not buy anything from this business. They knowingly advertised the mileage of a vehicle with an…read moreodometer that does not work. Within 48 hours of cash purchase, the engine fails. Instead of trying to at least attempt to make things right they have chosen to hide behind the "as is" contract that described a "lifter tick" but does not mention their choice to engage in deceptive advertisement in regards to mileage. There is a serious lack of integrity & ethics within this business. The receptionist flippantly stated that she would not bother her boss with the issue while he was on vacation & that she would "mention" it when he came back. No regard for the customer or honesty.

From ONE star to FIVE…read more I had a horrendous experience at this location years ago and said I'd never do business here again. BUT, I can say that things have definitely improved since then! Reluctantly, I called them to get some recall items taken care of. I spoke with Ms. Christy and she is amazing! She was very kind, polite, helpful, and understanding of my past experience. She set an appointment, provided me with a point of contact, and assured me that this experience would be different. I knew this time was different from the moment I showed up. I was early for my 0800 appointment but was still acknowledged and greeted by Ms. Tela. I saw Ms. Christy and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. Ms. Tela is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. She kept me very informed and was super helpful. Unlike my last visit, she explained everything, took pictures of my car, gathered the necessary information from my vehicle, and made sure all expectations were set. I was unable to wait for my car at the dealership and even got a ride back home this time. My service was finished timely and someone (I forgot his name but he's awesome too) came back to get me. This time was definitely a major improvement from the last debacle. I hope that this reflects the entire service department and that they keep this up!

I wish I could give them a zero rating. Multiple issues to point out…read more 1. Service Tech (Daniel) told me my recall appt would take 1 day. It took 3 days. No courtesy call stating that my car was taking longer than expected. 2. They sent me a video of my car's inspection on the day of drop off. Car sat for 2 full days and they had the nerve to send me the same video 2 days later as if they were working on my car. 3. On pickup day, received my car with a flat tire. I had to buy a new tire for my vehicle. No explanation. I brought my car in with no indicator lights on. That how my vehicle should've been returned. 4. Daniel had the audacity to schedule a future appt without asking me if I even wanted an appt. That appt was cancelled. 5. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT DEALERSHIP FOR MY AUTO SERVICES!!!

It was going to be an expensive repair, so I asked them if they could help me out on the bill. In the end, when I asked them, they reduced the price of the repair by half. GM customer assistance also threw in an oil change voucher for me. So I'm going to revise my estimate of their service department. Very nicely done.

This salesman I can't remember his name he sounds Jamaican he said he was leaving to go see his family that day overseas. The car a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse appeared nice clean and well taking care of. He said nothing was major issues So she took his word (they are deaf by the way) We paid $8000 cash for it and left. She went back the day after for something and he was there. Within a week we found out why he was leaving that day. It started missing. So she tried contacting him many times with no reply. She even went there to se him and there he was .That sure was a fast trip overseas. Make a long story short. till this day 7-11-2026 . we have had to put new brake shoes and rotors, new ac pump $3000 worth of top engine work, new radiator, transmission work, new oil pressure sensor and pigtail because it had a 2 prong instead of a 3 prong. funny it should have showed up on the diagnostic when he said they inspect their vehicle before putting them on the lot. a lot of bull if you ask me.to this day we have around$12000 to $13000 in that 4 wheel crap. But it is in very good condition NOW no thanks to 5 star .I am a 32 year old retired state police officer and have never seen as dishonest people in my life. I would advise anyone who's looking at a vehicle. please go somewhere else. else you have plenty of money to lose. 1/2 star

Both cars were the exact same vehicle (same year, model, trim level, and mileage, just different colors), but Hughes price was over $7,000 more expensive. My research showed it was overpriced. I showed Hughes the out-the-door-offer from Walsh and said "I would like to give you my business if you can price match this for the exact same car." They responded "We don't negotiate on used vehicles, go buy it from Walsh." So I did! I got a great car and saved a lot of money. Everyone at Hughes was friendly, so no issues there. Not all of the salesmen are knowledgeable about the cars, but that's not unusual. However, if you want to get a car for what it's worth, don't go to Hughes. Run 25 minutes down the road and go to Walsh. Better prices and customer service.

He was not at all overbearing and I really enjoyed spending time with him and was glad he was the one helping me. I really appreciate honest people and I felt like Scott was. I came really early on a Saturday and none of the detailers were around yet, and Virginia and Scott both volunteered to wash my car!
