    It was so easy that I thought something was wrong. However, nothing was wrong they just had all their ducks in a row. I could not be more pleased with the process and the driver Raul who picked up the car.

    It super sucked when my husband and I each had significant issues with our cars at practically the same time. We went to CarMax to see what they could offer us for our vehicles, and we also had the additional benefit of looking at all their vehicles on the lot while we waited for them to inspect our cars. On our first visit, we met super friendly Chris, who guided us through the process and made us feel welcome. My engine was dead, so I had to tow my car onto the lot. They still offered me money. Although it wasn't much, it was a start toward my new (used) future vehicle. The paperwork process in transferring my title over to CarMax probably took about 45 minutes. From our appointment until we walked out the door with a check in hand, it was approximately 1 1/2 hours. Carmax inspected my husband's car on our second visit to offer him a deal. Although the deal was lower than some others, Glenn thoroughly explained why the vehicle received that price. He took us through an experience with his own car, which had many of the same issues as our car. He provided a wealth of information and gave us information on buying a car on the lot if we chose. Buying a car on the lot is a no-haggle price, but you will pay more because of registration and taxes, so the price you see is not the price you will pay. Car selling and buying are detailed processes, and CarMax made the selling very easy. I'd like to thank the other professional people we encountered here for making the process from start to finish very easy. While I wouldn't mind selling another car to CarMax in the future, I hope my next car lasts a lot longer this time.

    Last week I purchased a car from Carmax Oxnard. Cole Pickett was my sales consultant. Cole was amazing. He has the sweetest soul and truly made my purchasing experience that much better. Also extremely knowledgeable about all the things I needed to know when buying a car. Glenn Farmsworth was my appraisal specialist. Also one of the sweetest souls. His honestly when helping me choose a car that was in alignment for my needs was awesome. This dealership is amazing. I love my new car. I am so grateful. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I would never purchased a car anywhere else. Thank you both so much.

    Ladies - and gentlemen. Spare yourself from the unfortunate experiences I had shopping for a used car at dealerships. Head straight to CarMax. The prices are set, no haggling or hassles. I test drove my Mazda 6 at LAX and had it shipped to Oxnard to pick up closer to home. Done. Matthew Martinez at LAX and Cean Donley at the Oxnard locations are rock stars: customer focused, respectful, genuinely helpful, the whole package! The CarMax motto is "the way buying a car should be." I say "Amen."

    Buying used cars allways comes with a little unsettling nerves but , buying cars from here I've only had positive outcomes. This particular situation I contacted one of the Sales Managers Cat, which she took care of us since we walked in there going above and beyond even when they where slammed. Cat directed me towards the service center where I worked with Yesica, Yesica took care of us like we where more than customers, she over communicated which is so rare to see in this industry. From minute one Yesica was kind, understanding, and beyond polite. Overall beyond happy with buying the car and even with hiccups this dealership has figured out a way to make the customer service above and beyond. Definitely recommend buying a car and servicing it here!

First off, when I bought the car, they told me that I could use the my job is my credit option because I do not have a co signer, which is obviously what was needed considering my credit was less than appealing. They took forever processing my loan the tried to say that it was my fault the the loan wasn't processed on time due to address verification issues and lack of having a co signer. I had my friend and her landlord write a letter stating that I lived at this address which wasn't a lie. So the following day I go to pick up my car, and I call or text them to inform them that I am on my way to come get my car and the proceed to tell me that I cannot have the car back because the finance company would like for me to have a co signer, whe I've already told them I don't and won't have anyone available to consign for me. Not only did they take my car, but they never gave me my down payment back...so now I'm carless and I don't have my money from them...Now I'm dealing with an attorney to get my money back as well as reimbursement for the unnecessary Ubers I had to pay for to get back and forth to work and the hotels I had to unnecessarily pay for because I was living in my car. They didn't like that and I think that may be partly why they took the car away. So now I'm pretty much paying for someone else to drive my car. I was two car payments in when this started as well and I'd only had the car for two months. This is unjust and unfair treatment and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They will rip you off just to get a buck...I will not be back and I will ensure that I get every penny of my mine back including my reimbursement...#NEVERAGAIN!!
