    Decided to stop by this Carmax as we were passing by, I was already pre qualified through capital one and was car shopping around online but I decided to give this location a try! For it being a Saturday we didn't wait to long to speak to a sales rep. Hicham was AMAZING!!!! Omg the best sales rep I've ever encountered. He was professional, attentive and answered all our questions. We feel in love with another color but unfortunately it was on hold for someone else that was interested in. He showed us one that was about same price, little less mileage and in white and automatically we fell in love! We missed it when we were looking around. He made our transaction easy and quick. We have nothing negative to say about the experience we had. We will definitely recommend this location and Hicham.

    Mark helped me and my husband purchase a car here. He was amazing! and very patient. We were looking for a car that was a best fit for our family and we found it with his help. The process as far as paperwork was very seamlessly done. If I needed another car I would definitely come back or recommend anyone else to come here. Thank you Mark!

    We were looking to trade in our Kia for my husband. We went in on an early Saturday morning to CarMax. We were helped immediately, salesperson was young but knowledgeable. We knew our price range and the type of car we wanted and looked outside in the lot of what was available. We were looking for a regular sedan but noticed an SUV in the lot that was just bought in. The salesperson said he wasn't sure if it was available yet but will try his best. We were able to get a great trade in for the hatchback that only had 5 months usage and a little over 1000 miles! We were thrilled! Process from cleaning out our car to signing paperwork took about a little more than 2 hours.

    Empty store and I still waited over an hour for them to even get my keys.

    This used to be my favorite car dealership. Unfortunately, the level of service has decreased incredibly. The sales team, management and front office were pleasant and attentive. During my most recent visit, I felt a sense of "I don't care" from everyone, including sales staff, management, and even on the appraisal side. It feels like they are not being cared for from the top down, and the attitude shows. Typically, I would chuck this to someone having a bad day, but not when three people have the same attitude in the same store. Elliott, the appraiser, was pleasant and professional, though.

    Customer service in the service/car repair part is horrible. Wishing I never purchased an extended warranty through them.

    I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership…read more I bought a car last Monday and was only able to drive it home before noticing a serious issue. By the next day, it had to be returned and has been in their possession ever since. I was told the vehicle needs a rear differential replacement -- a major repair that should have been identified before the car was ever sold. Since then, I have been given multiple conflicting updates. I was told more than once that the part had already been ordered, only to later find out that it was never ordered at all and was still pending approval. That level of miscommunication is unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up. I have been told several times that someone would call me back with updates, including a manager, and no one ever has. I've had to repeatedly call myself just to get basic information, and even then I'm getting different answers depending on who I speak to. At this point, I have had the car in my possession for less than 24 hours since purchasing it, and I am still without a clear timeline for when it will be repaired. This was supposed to be an exciting milestone purchase, and instead it has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Between the mechanical issue, the lack of communication, and being given inaccurate information, I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here. Make sure you get everything thoroughly inspected and documented before leaving the lot -- because once you do, getting clear answers seems nearly impossible.
