Very poor quality. Did not wear well after two years of light use. The cushions needed to be replaced because they flattened like pancakes and the material stretched out. We were told to give them to a company called Renee Rojas to be refilled. We paid $1,000 for a terrible job. When we wrote to the store to tell them they said they could do nothing about this and said we should go back to ROJAS. Rojas said it was about poor maintenance on our part. I don't know what this mysterious maintenance is. They are puffed up on a regular basis and we are not heavy people. The also regularly shed feathers like a cheap down coat. The stapled fabric on the frame is puckered. and looks terrible. Don't waste your money on this very expensive junk.

    Bug bites

Had a Carlyle sofa bed 20 years ago and wanted to have a new sofa bed, so ordered. Wanted to have a sofa bed with two seats and cushions (higher back cushion/relatively flat so that I can lay my head). Paid a half then waited for four months. Sofa arrived finally on 31 March 2022 (delivery fee was almost $500). The sofa's cushion was not what we expected - too bulky taking a half of sitting space and height too low, can't put your heads on. Also when we sit and laid on the sofa one day we had serious bug bites. Finally, I realized that underneath of the sofa bed, the mattress was not covered and almost touching on a floor, taking all dusts. If we knew this before I would not remove a plastic cover of mattress to protect it from dusts. I think this is a detect. I was very disappointed about the quality of he sofa (cushion and mattress's exposure) and bud issue (we sprayed immediately after) and compared to the store by email. Tirzah, a sales person responded and ensured that a customer service person would contact me. I waited for a week, no one contacted. I contacted again and Susan Marino, the Sales Manager whose rudeness someone mentioned in this review section, told me that the customer person was sick this could not contact me (if so, please do let me know.) she put all nonsense excuses and did not resolve any problems. I asked to replace the cushion, fix the mattress, and investigate the bug issue and asked the technician to come over my place to check. No response other than her continuous excuse. I wanted to raise this issue to the owner/head of the company and asked the person's name, Susan told me that she was the owner (hello is it true ?) abd I should write it to her. I really hope the Carlyle aware this issue abd resolve to my satisfaction. The quality and the service of Carlyle really downgraded and I would not recommend to buy any, unfortunately.

Carlyle Charles of London sofa bed

I am thrilled with my new Charles of London sofa bed from Carlyle. This is the third sofa I've owned from Carlyle in 50 years. The service and quality is as good as it's always been. Tiersa was easy to work with and always available and helpful. When she wasn't there, Ana stepped in and provided support. The delivery process was fast and easy, despite the fact that the delivery person said that it was the most difficult delivery he ever made. We live in a Federal Style building that was built in 1828. Evidently couches the size of ours weren't commonly purchased at that time. Space is tight, to say the least. He was professional and careful in maneuvering the couch through the narrow hallway and into our living room. My couch is beautiful and comfy!

Love my new beautiful sofa bed. Arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Extremely good service from sales person as well as delivery team. Well worth the cost.

Three months passed after the day of purchase at this point I'm past the return policy. I threw my receipt away because I wasn't foreseeing any problems I was gonna encounter with this gorgeous blanket. After owning this blanket for three months I decided to wash it. I read the directions it clearly stated wash warm and dry warm which is what I did at the laundry mate. What happened nexts the blanket had burnt patches all over the place. So the nexts question is what do I do just deal with it it only cost me a 140 dollars, or do I take it back and have them exchange it or refund me due to a defected product I was sold? I explained the whole situation to them they appeared to understand my situation. The cashier did try to see if they had another one in stock they didn't he was gonna swap it out. But because they had no more blankets left in store they basically told me I was screwed and there wasn't anything they could do for me. I asked if this blanket could be ordered online they said yes. Because I didn't have proof of purchased they couldn't give me a store credit. I spoke to an operator before heading over. The operator said they could look up my receipt with the card I used to for payment. I did exactly this and it didn't work because I was informed after 30 days they delete all past transactions wtf? If I didn't push and threaten to protest to not leave the store until someone compensate me the staff/management would have screwed me over. 20 minutes later they finally decided to give me a store credit. I got no apologies nothing I left the store feeling like I wasn't a valued client. This is ok I'll just park my money somewhere else!

In recent years they've tried to change that opinion and have some decent things now. Which brings us to my issue - I ordered an entryway console and paid the extra shipping fee because it was a heavy item. The next level of service is a white glove service where the unpack, build and place your item. I didn't need that since UPS brings packages to your apt door and I could take it from there. This package was shipped with William Sonomas service - no tracking, no nothing. They dropped an 80lb box that was almost 4' long and awkward a step inside my apartment building lobby. No doorbell ring, no nothing. This thing was impossible to move without assistance. So they're still a terrible company with questionable quality pieces, but now their service sucks also.

The store is beautiful, and very neatly kept. I found my items right away, and proceeded to the checkout. The store associates were most helpful, and I was in and out in five minutes. Great location. Pretty housewares, merchandised beautifully…read more Based on my limited experience (I've stopped in ~3 times over the past quarter), getting things done around here requires interacting with the (seemingly capable) store staff, but there are too many shoppers and insufficient employees on the floor to help. I've been increasingly desperately in need of replacing my ~20-year old silverware that I think I purchased from a Bed Bath & Beyond for maybe $20. As it turns out, there's a pretty massive range of cutlery sets on the market, and I felt inclined to see and touch several options before making a purchase, especially if I'm going to drop substantially more than $20 on a replacement. This Crate & Barrel definitely doesn't lack for choice, but my transaction wasn't nearly as simple as picking out a box of new forks and knives. On my first visit, I narrowed down my selection based on aesthetics and material. I learned that I don't love textured metals, and I mildly prefer satin finishes over mirrored ones. I also discovered how massive a range in pricing there is between entry level cutlery and the high end brands. After reading several online reviews, I also determined that I wanted to purchase 18/10 steel for its durability. After all that, I'd figured out that C&B's Aero line (which seems to be a rebranded Cutipol product) might fit the bill, but I wasn't thrilled about the two-tone version they had on display. According to their website, they carry an all-metal version in store, and one of the employees was able to confirm it was in stock in the backroom, however, I had somewhere else to rush off to and decided to come back another time. On my second visit, I bee-lined it to the silverware section and waited to hunt down an employee who could help me obtain a set of the all-metal Aero cutlery. 10-15 minutes later, I finally got to handle a sample. This shit isn't cheap. I wasn't quite prepared to drop several hundred bucks on new silverware, but the store associate came up with the most brilliant idea: after confirming that there was no discount for purchasing multiple sets at once, she suggested I just buy one set to try out for awhile. That way, if I hated it, I wouldn't be out the full shebang. Genius, truly. Several weeks later, generally satisfied with the tester set, I returned for an additional three to round out my cutlery collection. It's a good thing I waited, too, because somewhere during the intervening time, they went on holiday sale for 20% off. My frugal inner Asian granny delights in a discount! Again, I had to wait around for a (harried) store employee to use their magical mobile app powers to summon a minion from the backroom for the ever-elusive non-displayed silverware and was -- eventually -- rewarded for my patience with a trio of shiny (more affordable!) utensil sets! All told, C&B offers a wide range of products. If what you're seeking isn't on display, there's a non-zero chance they might have more hidden away behind the scenes, so ask for help. And before arrival, be sure to gird your loins for a wait, because I've yet to encounter a scenario where there's an overabundance of staff standing around ready to assist.

He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.
