CC was also a one-stop shop for us, as they did the demo, as well as installation. For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail? These professionals took their time and did the work to a high standard. Thank you. The original plan was for a 5 day demo/installation. Wendy adjusted this to 7 days after evaluating how much demo would be needed (we had 3 previous layers of flooring to be removed). The installers finished early on the 7th day... on schedule. Great communication overall by all involved at Comfort Flooring. If you are looking at LVP and are willing to pay for quality product and work, Comfort Flooring is the place to go. Many thanks to the Comfort Flooring team for improving our home!

That never happened and the excuses were always they are on vacation or just too busy so I withheld payment until someone came out. Two months later the owner Dick called me looking for payment and knew nothing of the issue I was having. His response was new office staff, 700 residential driveway sealing plus commercial accounts but he did arrange for my crack to be repaired immediately after payment was made. I have dealt with this company for a decade and never had a negative experience until now. Quality has gone down the tubes. Workers speak little English. My crack was repaired but done very sloppy and resulted in a tripping hazard. A picture is worth a 1000 words! Maybe because they filled my crack at 7 pm? Will not do business with them again. Very disappointed because they once were a good company. The owner Dick is NOT empathic to his customer's experience at all (never apologized just made excuses ) and obviously doesn't have a clue to what is happening in his office.

Tommy's demeanor, positive, and professional attitude was noticed and appreciated! I did not speak with the other workers but they completed the work quickly and efficiently. It is the simple things like rolling up the electrical cord and pump for us that were in the window well for draining purposes, and they made sure the gate was closed. They finished the work and shortly after we noticed our newly installed carpet was absolutely sopping, we called and explained and they came out and tried to say it was the window leaking (which is above 6" above grade) and they never mentioned it could possibly have been a problem from the start. Called multiple times and you talk to one person just to get told oh someone else will call you. Had to end up paying someone else to come actually waterproof our basement and fix this BS companies work. "Lifetime warranty" is pretty much worthless if they deny anything they did is an issue. Spent $4400 for this company to rip up my drywall, tear up my floor, leave my home covered in dust, all for it to have the EXACT same issue as before the call. This video is a good 36" from said leaking window and in the exact location they installed their system. Call literally anyone else, because you'll have to anyway after using them.

Each weekend we are bombarded with ads to use the big box stores for our home repair needs. Have…read moreyou noticed how the TV ads never match the experience? Rarely is a person at the big box store happy to see you, much less help. Especially when you go there for in depth guidance to a home remodel project. When you go back a few days later with more questions, you might get someone different and have to start all over! The experience at Floor Art is the exact opposite. We walked in the door and were surprised at how big the showroom was. The front entrance is quite deceiving. A woman welcomed us (we found out later she was the owner), explaining that someone would be with us shortly, as she was helping another customer. Fair enough. We used that time to look around. We soon learned that Floor Art brings flooring products in from all over the world; tile, hardwood, laminate, engineered, vinyl, all in different grades and thickness. Plenty of carpet choices as well. There are several product options already on their warehouse floor. Yet, they have access to many more, and can get them quickly. They offer everything needed for a bathroom or kitchen wall and flooring project. The sales rep we worked with gave guidance on tile patterns, sizing, and how best to make our tile really pop. In addition, she made suggestions on grout color and how to maintain it over time. They also offer the full range of waterproofing systems needed for water applications (that go under the tile), as in the case of our bathroom remodel. Everything needed to get your project done correctly. We came here because a good friend is a contractor in OH. He explained that a tile store would offer a better grade and quality than the big box stores. More importantly, the grout products that bigger stores sell, have added fillers (to keep their costs down). Fillers that will shrink and flake out over time. That's why you see tile grout flaking out on some tile projects after just a few years. We took a few tile samples home (and several pics on our phone), to use in our bathroom to help visualize the new space. The next time back after consulting with the sales rep, we picked 3 different tile patterns; one for the bathroom floor, the shower walls and the backsplash. Two were in stock, and the backsplash had to be ordered in. It took less than a week to arrive. Upon arrival we got an update phone call. Every item was staged until our contractor could pick it all up. Our bathroom remodel is now complete, and it looks great. The knowledge and expertise we received by the entire staff of Floor Art helped us save time and money in the long run. We can't wait to use them again, and world recommend them to anyone.
