I've waited over a year to get new carpet after I bought my living room furniture in 2019. Since…read moreI love to keep my business local, I checked out West Michigan Carpet in Mattawan when I had time off in late December 2020. I was very impressed with their selection. I picked out a couple of samples, but when I got home they didn't exactly scream "this is it". Went back a week later and did some more looking and found another carpet sample, which went perfect with my furniture. The sales consultants at West Michigan Carpet are very professional and just super nice. Vince came out to measure my space on a Friday and by Monday I had the quote. I placed the order on Tuesday and within two weeks the carpet arrived. And kudos for me, someone had to cancel their install so I was able to jump in and have mine installed the next day after they called to tell me my carpet was in. The installers showed up by 8am and by 12pm I was enjoying my new carpet. I couldn't be more happier. The installers are contracted through West Michigan Carpet. Very courteous men who moved my furniture, tore up the old, laid the paid & new carpet, put back my furniture, and took all the old carpet away. No complaints at all. Thank you to West Michigan Carpet for helping me make my home look wonderful!

Scholtens didn't have contractors available so just ordered stuff. Last time I redid a bathroom went much smoother. Will hold off redoing second bathroom. But it looks nice, just wish it had run smoother all around.
