I showed my friends at the gym and they concluded the same right away, poor job. Last time I had sent my shoes out to a place in Tustin (Yosemite Bum), the pair came back looking just like new. The shoes I received from Foot Depot look sloppily done and rough. The rubber doesn't come close to matching the previous rubber at all nor the style of shoe. Maybe if this was a cheaper option, it would be ok but I paid more than I would have sending it out for a worse job. The only thing that was good was it was a quick turnaround which turns out didn't make up for the rest of the work. TLDR: send your climbing shoes out to resole even if it'll take longer to get them back. This wasn't worth it on so many levels.
