Went to Carl's Jr. this weekend, and it was the worst experience. I ordered a burger with no onions. When I opened the burger on the counter. Guess what. It had onions. I told Victor, which was the cashier, that Stephanie (the girl making the burgers) added onions. They took the burger back and just put a label on the wrapper saying, "No Onions." Keep in mind they never removed the onions. When we asked Victor what the girls name was. He responded he did know. Total BS. Today, we went back to speak to the GM Alexander Ramirez, and his response was "Well you removed the onions, so everything is ok."Alexander is a total incompetent GM he has no business running and established. I would rate this restaurant no stars. I will never eat here again. I ordered biscuit and gravy which the sign outside said $.99 when I got in they said oh we haven't changed the sign yet. It's $1.49. I ordered a medium iced tea and they charge me $3.99 for a medium iced tea that is totally out of line. And I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I stopped here because I was starving. I won't make that mistake again. The interior was filled with smoke from the kitchen. The service was decent, but the person working the register made ordering way more confusing than it needed to be. The food was underwhelming. I got the Big Carl, this thing is not setting well. The lettuce was hard chunks of the core and there was so much thousand island that I couldn't taste the beef (which may have been a good thing). The fries were mediocre at best, lacking any real flavor. On a positive note the Strawberry Lemonade is pretty good. Go through the drive through to get it. It is fast food afterall, but it truly was abysmal. We stopped by with my parents for a cold drink which turned into a snack/meal. My kids loved their french toast sticks (who wouldn't- it's fried bread) but my all natural burger was awful. It was cold, fell apart the minute I picked it up, and was just a mess. Puts every other fast food restaurant in Pahrump to shame! How does this place not have more stars? In my experience they are excellent! I always go through the drive through & have never dined inside. But whenever I order food there they never mess up my order, they are always professional & friendly but not overly friendly or creepy. They are just friendly, normal, kind & concise. They always give me the sauces that I ask for & never forget to put them in the bag, along with napkins. It seems like I have the same gripes with every other fast food place in Pahrump EXCEPT Carl's Jr.; they always treat me right! Also, they are the only fast food restaurant who decorates for Christmas, which means a lot to me personally. It's just one other way that they go above & beyond for the town they are a part of. They really outdid themselves this year 2020 when so many people need some extra cheer. Their Christmas lights look amazing & it really brightened my evening & my child's evening to see their beautiful lights. It really brought us some cheer. This location does an outstanding job representing Carl's Jr. Fast food restaurants everywhere could really learn something from this location. Props to the owner, management & all the employees. I have legit never come in contact with a rude, or stupid employee there. They have all always been outstanding. I eat a lot of fast food & I am very rarely this impressed, if ever. I wish every business cared this much & was this professional! I've had a lot of bad experiences at a lot of businesses in Pahrump, but never at Carl's Jr. The only slight critique I have is that I have ordered chicken tenders a couple times that tasted a little stale. But most of the time they are delicious. I would just keep an eye on those tenders & make sure they don't sit in the freezer for too long. Other than that, everything else I've ordered has always been sooooo good there. Especially the Beyond Famous Star with cheese which is my absolute favorite. That burger is addictive! YUM! I stop by around once a year to see if the food has improved at all. On my most recent visit it was the same as usual dry, over cooked,non juicy Burgers/Sliders that after a bite or two gets tossed in the trash. Why eat high calorie food that tastes blah? If I'm gonna take all those extra calories in and have to struggle to lose them later. I have to insist the food taste good at least...sheesh! I just spent around 7 extra dollars when I shouldn't have, I ordered a double western bacon burger and asked for no sauce or cheese on the burger and the employee repeated it back to me so I know they heard me, and I ordered a famous star combo with a coke and fries, and I also ordered a milk shake. When I got to the window they didn't hand me a coke and I reminded them I ordered a coke, they told me I ordered a milkshake not a coke, instead of arguing and holding up the line I paid 4.19 for a large coke and went around and parked in a spot to check the double western bacon burger for sauce and cheese, which it had. So I went inside to ask for it to be fixed, the employee asked if I ordered a double or single, I said double, they said I was charged for a single so double will be extra, instead of arguing and making a scene I just paid an extra 3.22 and took the correct food home and I checked all the receipts and turns out I was already charged for the coke and the double the first time. The local franchise opened and was a hot spot for a time but then their prices killed them. In a town full of casinos and cheep food they really need to do more to diver repeate business. The burgers ha email gotten smaller and the prices have just gone up. On my last visit here it was lunch time and I had an hour away from work. I was think I just might have time to slip in and get something to go. When I got here it was 12 noon and the place was like a ghost town in the middle of summer. There was only one other person in the place and a few cars in the drive thru. The double western was just as I remember, all be it much smaller. The price how ever told my why at lunch time this place was empty $12.00 for one combo meal of burger, fries, and drink.
