Horrible service, horrible wait, place is dirty don't even bother going into the bathroom you will be grossed out.

Passing through and stopped at this not-so-fast-food Carl's Jr. Took 20 minutes to get super nachos, taquitos and a soft taco. No clean tables either. Had to clean it myself by pouring my water on it and wiping it. read more

Entire staff seems stoned. 20 minutes to get a burger. Something's burning in the back... ugh

Basic Carl's. We stopped because we had to go to the restroom. It was not clean at all. Turned me off from ordering food. Won't stop there again. read more

Horrible food! Nothing like the other locations. It was way over price for what we received. Do yourself a favor and wait the extra minute to stop some where else. read more

This was the worst service ever. We waited 32 minutes to even get our food. Not to mention that it came out cold. Would have sent it back but we wouldn't have been able to eat for an hour. I'm so contacting corporate on this one. read more

I have been to this Carls Jr quite a few times. Why? I don't know. I don't think the employees care too much about what's going on. Apparently it's way too difficult to get an order right once in awhile, or to make an order in a timely matter. The only reason I'm reviewing this is because it's just about every time I have gone. 15 min in the drive thru? and there's only one car ahead of me? Crappy service and the food isn't that great either. read more

We stopped here on our way to Arizona, pulling a trailer with our 2 dogs. The employees were very friendly and I decided, since it's New Years Eve, why not splurge a bit!! I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, fries.... you get the picture. We climbed back into the truck and started down the road only to discover that whoever the 'cook' was actually forgot to add the burger patties to the burger. And there's no way we could back. Great way to screw up, Carl's Junior. Well done. I called and the manager was understanding. The next time we go through Needles, free burgers. Wow. That cushioned the blow. read more

I think there's 2 people working the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for one order of fries. Finally just cancelled the order and walked out. read more

We went here to satisfy my dad's coffee fix. I decided to get some breakfast so I got a bacon and egg burrito. I should have gotten the sourdough egg sandwich because the breakfast burrito left me feeling greasy. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and accepted my mom's coupons. There were only 2 workers; the lady taking our order and the lady cooking the food, so it was a slow process. We received a free burrito for the wait. I'd probably just get a coffee and has brown nuggets next time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would worst customer service food was cold and old after waiting in the drive through for 20 min finally got our meal the woman that was working the window was eating French fries while packing our food up I called corporate and made a complaint the manager from the store and called me and wanted me to come in for a free meal no thanks after that I will never go back and I will definitely pass the word on DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!! read more

The staff was friendly, but the cashier kept having personal conversations with another staff person while taking our order. The place itself was disgustingly dirty!! I had my hubby and 2 boys with me and we were so grossed out! The floor was dirty, the cement outside was cleaner. The bathrooms were disgusting, I walked in and walked back out, didn't want to risk catching something in that filth nest! Why is this place even open still? IDE rather starve than eat here again!! read more

This guys are to slow!!! So mad im hungry...they took like forever to serve just a sandwich ... ...awesome! So pissed!

Don't eat here I repeat do not eat here customer service is really bad here didn't have anything ready or my order right. The lady literally said Oops I dropped the fries you'll have to wait again. No napkins, No ketchup, and no one cares that your there. The worker literally said oh I'm on break I'll Order and cut everyone in line. read more

Well if you ever thought that anyone could screw up a cheese burger this place is it. I opened that package up and went in for a bite and my stomach said "oh no you isn't" so I didn't, if anyone wants two free famous stars with cheese they're on the parking lot. And there's an empty large cup next to them. There were two cars in the drive thru and they took longer than any line I've ever been through, longer then going through an in n out drive thru. Next time I'll go there instead read more

Might be the worst place I've eaten in my entire life. Will never eat here or recommend it. Even sent a detailed email to Carl's Jr. with no response. read more

I literally just had the worst bean and cheese burrito of my life. How do you even screw that up? By serving it on a tortilla that just came out of the fridge. Disgusting. read more

Dirty, bone chips in my grass fed burger, slow staff and mopping kitchen area with the same mop that was just used in the bathrooms. Gag will definitely not return. read more

I had a terrible experience here and I have never been disrespected as much as being here. Just to start off the cashier messed up our order 3 times. Then when we got our food 3 out of 6 of us had the wrong order given to us or our food was cold. Then when we took back the food, the "chef" was basically refusing to take it. When he took it back, it was not until everyone else was finished with their food until we got the food back. When we did get it back it was as if they just threw the burger in the microwave. When we called them out again the manager was very rude and the employees were talking crap to us. They told us to go somewhere else and one of the employees even said that they could meet us outside. Basically threatening us. With all of these bad reviews I hope this place gets shut down! read more

Literally the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been too. Last 2 river trips Ive decided to give this spot a shot on our way out and each time the food has been disgusting and the service horrible. Burgers cooked to a crisp, fries taste old and hard. This last time was it for me.. decided to give it one last shot on my way out this morning for breakfast before the long drive home and I pull into the drive thru at 10:18. The lady working the drive thru tells me she will be right with me even tho there are no cars in front of us. Literally 10 minutes later she says sorry for the delay what can I get you, I ask for the for the bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito and she tells me they are no longer serving breakfast.. I asked if she was kidding and she said no we stop at 1030, at this point I could t believe what I was hearing.. I explained that she just had us waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and now that it was 1031 she wasn't going to take my breakfast order. She was super rude and shady. This place gives Carl's Jr a bad name. Fire the entire staff and put this spot out of its misery. Never coming here again. Wish I could give it negative stars! read more

Beyond filthy floors, tables, soda machine, you name it. Lots of out of stock food, trash cans full and spilling to the floor. Best part? General manager was on shift and working up front. No excuses for this, they weren't busy, had like 5 people on shift. Disgusting. Run away, faaarrrr away. read more

The bathroom in this place is worse than a gas station not to mention how long we had to wait to even order and on top of that $15 for cold disgusting good. read more

I had never been to a Carl's Jr. before. This was more expensive than I expected. I got a guacamole bacon burger and fried zucchini. Loved the fried zucchini. The burger was... Odd. Like the guacamole and the sauce and the cheese kind of had too many different flavors competing. Service was mediocre... Nothing outstanding either good or bad. I don't think I would seek this out again. read more

Been stopping here for years on way back from Havasu. But these last two years have been bad. Stop to grab a quick bite for the road and had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to get our food. Same exact thing the year before. It wasn't always that bad but no more chances! I won't be stopping there again. read more

I had not been to this particular location and was in the area so decided to try it. Must have been short handed took forever to order and there was no soda. People behind me left because of the wait and it was not crowded at all. I must say food was good so no complaint there. Went to restroom on the way out, trash overflowing no toilet paper, in general not very clean at all. read more

Could used some up dating and a deep cleaning. Food is good soda fountain need to be cleaned better.

I could leave 0 stars I would. What kind of well known establishment doesn't have a diaper changing station in their restroom. Especially in a place where most of your customers have been traveling for awhile. As a pregnant mom with an infant I had to kneel on the floor and place her on her mat in order to change her diaper. Totally unacceptable. read more

Passing through to get lunch. Wow!! I have never seen a manager loose so much control in a fast food restaurant until today. Every sandwich coming out was sent back for at least 5 min. Guy in drive thru just left. Screens were full of orders with minimal people in the store. My order was wrong 3 times. Everyone that was working lost the ball and were in panic mode you can tell. One girl just went to a register and put her head down. I felt sorry for them. Food was good once it was right but wow if I was the owner I think I would do some training. O yea, only half the store was open. This restaurant is a burger and Mexican resturaunt. The lady at the register said that thanks to the night shift they could only serve burgers! Talk about disorganized and a total fail. Time into resturaunt until my order was right was about 30 min. read more

This is probably the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to. The restroom had paper towels all over the place and poop all over the toilet.

Disgusting. Didn't think I needed to look at reviews for a fast food chain. I thought at least a little standards would be met. Trash cans overflowing. Tables dirty Floors heading to the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Trash on the floor in the bathrooms and if this is where employees use the restroom - gross! Dont stop here. Go to the next exit and go to McDonalds or Jack In The box. We stopped at those on our way out and had no problem. Please skip this place! read more

This place is the slowest ever! Had a problem once before inside the store & this time went through the drivethru & spent 30 minutes in line. Then they gave us the wrong food! Never going back again! Complained once & they were going to send me coupons that I never received. Have to give them a star to post & don't even deserve one! read more

Had breakfast here. Tried the new grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. Food was good, hot, prepared quickly and brought out to me. Not sure what they call cold carbonated beverages in this area but apparently its not soft drinks because the cashier did NOT know what that meant. read more

Bad service! They ran out of fries, how could they run out of fries, it's Carl's Jr! It took forever to get our food.

Very slow service and all 3 of my famous stars didn't even come with onions!!!!! Ashamed!

The Super Star Burger I had was delicious. Wife had the steak burrito which was also good at this little fast food hamburger place. Jodie deliver our food to our table and was very attentive to our needs. Something you don't normally find in a fast food restaurant. Five stars for Jodie and the food. John M. read more

If there were a no star I would go for it. This place is so slow. It takes 20 minutes for your order. It is unclean and smells .

Order two all star boxes and it took about 30 minutes to get my food, the place is dirty, food terrible and not friendly. Never coming back and the owner needs to fix this location read more

I stop through Carl's Thursday night 10-18-18. Keep in Mind I was in a bad mood when I first arrive. I've been traveling on the freeway for a while and was very hungry and had to use the bathroom. I was welcomed with a hello and welcome to Carl's. And I headed straight to the restroom upon me approaching the restroom the person in charge was in there cleaning and asked me politely to wait just a couple seconds. She quickly hurried and clean the restroom and was able to let me in right away. Then when I approached the counter to order my food again she welcomed me with a great big smile and asked what she could get for me, there was something about her personality that just made me feel welcomed and feel a lot better from my long trip. The food was great and the atmosphere in there was really awesome the employees all got along and we're laughing and having a good time and making a customers feel comfortable. read more

It's fast food. That said, it's not as if anyone in their right mind would walk in and expect something that astouding Nevertheless, this restaurant managed to kill every hope and dream I had when I walked in. First of all, it was empty. Which is always ominous considering this is technically a hub for truckers and travelers to stop and refuel. Second, the employees acted as if we were wasting their time by studying the menu. I'm sorry that I don't know what I want 5 seconds into my visit. Not only that, they stared- STARED- at us the entire time with contempt. We waited for 25 minutes for 5 meals. 25 minutes. The food was sloppily made. Fast food is not a paragon of gourmet cooking but come on. My food should not look like vomit. To top it all off, I paid an extra 2 dollars for a handmade bun that they didn'thave. Extra money for no reason. And to top it all off, the bathrooms were missing toilet seat covers. So: 1. Lackluster food 2. Extremely rude service 3. Dirty bathrooms. Fin. read more
