I am starting this review by saying that if you look at my history I dont write bad reviews very often because I can usually find an upside to any place I go, however, I would give this place 0 stars if possible. We stopped here on our way home after traveling for the holiday weekend. When we walked in there was very few ppl in the dining room but the line was very long so they were pretty busy. The line moved fairly quickly and we started ordering our food. After I finished ordering I mentiond that the price looked awfully high for what had been ordered so far but they read it back and it was right so far. Well by the time we got done ordering it totaled about $40 for 4 ppl. That was definaltey not right. So when they guy taking our order read it back he had doubled almost everything because he didnt know the menu. We were getting the 2 wrapper combo but he was charging us for two 1 wrap combo. He kept telling us that they didnt have that on the menu and we had to point it out to him. The manager came over to cancel the order so he could re-start but didnt stay to help him. We finally get our food and it is missing one of the orders so we let them know and even then it comes out wrong. We left and I will not be stopping that this location again. read more

TERRIBLE FOOD! Im a huge fan of Carl's JR but this location was terrible. I got the hand breaded chicken tenders and was excited to try them as we left the drive thru. Unfortunately, a few miles away from the loaction i realized i made a terrible mistake ordering the tenders. They were incredibly tasteless and the only taste was that of overused and old oil they fried them in. Pretty annoyed i wont get my $$ back for gross food. Next time ill know. read more

Never thought a fast food joint would please me enough to want to write a review but this place did. I was on a bus from LA to the Bay Area and we stop there for food, the casher Edgar, was so polite and courteous, you would have never thought there was like 50 ppl in line, there were like 2 other buses pulled up right behind ours. He was calm, cool, and very collected. I was impressed enough with him, but then Caleb handed me my tray at the table with the same level of amazing service. As I was leaving he opened the door for me and wished me a good day, I don't get this type of service at a regular restaurant, sure wasn't expecting this a fast food joint. Chicken sandwiches good as always. Friendly staff - they all actually said hi. Eating area was fairly clean, but of course we chose the seats that had an inch of dust blown in on them. Bathrooms were clean. read more

Best customer service at a fast food joint. Very polite and patient. Clean lobby. Will come back again when traveling on Hwy 5. Thank you!

I'm not sure why I keep ending up at carls juniors along I 5 but the service here is way worst than the last one I was at. I thought a zombie was taking my order. And another one just delivered my food... At least she smiled. Plus one star. And I guess only the larger sized Texas burgers come with the fresh bread... I was recently here with my partner during a long trip from Los Angeles May 28, immediately we didn't get off to a good start... The cashier (Alice) was rude and unwelcoming and stared at us condescendingly, the employes were huddled in the back as a male employe was showing then something on his cell phone... Ok, first Impression, customer service sucked. Alice was rude and gave us dirty looks. She was rude how she answered my questions and she seemed unenthusiastic. However, my El Diablo burger was very good and the food didnt let me down. Another negetive was there were a few flies but not enough to piss me off. 3 Stars, if they opened a chipotle here I would say forget going to CJs. read more

Horrible , if I could leave 0 stars I would . This place is not very clean . I ordered 2 different kind of burgers and they both came out looking horrible and tasted so nasty , they put to much sauce . Literally looked like they had it there for days and after stepping on it they gave it to me , all mushy , it wasn't even warm , Ohh and top it off it Made my hubby sick afterwards . Do not come here. Bad customer service. My wife ordered a burger and realized that a "special" which means 2 burgers would be cheaper. She talked to the store manager to pay extra for the special. The manager said she could offer a 10% discount to buy another burger but we could get get the special. There was not any visible sign for the special. If not for the other customer asked we would not have known. I was surprised on how lack of customer service skills the manager displayed. read more

Probably the worst Carl's Jr I've ever experienced. Service was slow, had to pull to the side of the drive thru. My drink was horrible so I went in to try and replace it. 3 other flavors were so off. Food was delivered to the car by employee using profanity as she walked out. The fries were burnt and half empty. AND one of our burritos was wrong. I didn't trust them to make it again without them doing something to it. So I went to ask for a refund from the manager. After laying out my story he stated that of all the other patrons nobody else has complianed. I told him maybe it was because I was just traveling through and had a different expectation level. He gave me my refund, now I'm back on the road and hungry!!! STAY AWAY!!!! read more

One car ahead of me and it still took FOREVER. I'm not an impatient person but when I see the driver of the vehicle in front of me starting to get pissed off, it would be a sign to back out and leave. I thought, "maybe they're busy inside" (no), "maybe the guy is new" (no), there must be only one option, the kid taking orders doesn't know what he's doing. My order was simple enough, he said, "is the order on the screen right?", and I replied, "no" and had him make about three corrections before he said, "uh, okay, pull up to the window". Assuming he's going to fix it at the window, I told the tall skinny kid what was incorrect and he still couldn't get it right. I checked my bag and told his little sidekick at the window what was wrong, he said sorry but made no attempt to fix it. After I got my bag I pulled to the side to check further, glad I did, half of the order was still wrong and I had to walk back in for one of my drinks. When I walked in he said, "oh yeah, I have your coke right here" and I said, "that's great but it was a sprite, not a coke". The dude in the vehicle in front of me was also stomping in, probably to also complain about his order. Lay off the weed before work kids. I won't ever stop here again. read more

Don't do it, just don't. I know you're on the road and hungry, kids probably screaming. Well, it's 3pm, far from any lunch hour. 4 people working the "front" taking drive thru orders and at least 3 working the back making food. Nearly 10 minutes before someone took my order. Placed order, and got cups. My daughter was getting some Coke and it stopped while filling her cup. They said sorry, out of Coke. Ok, fine. Tried to find a seat and every single table was disgusting, leftover food, trash, greasy tables, nasty floors, etc. Looked like a low-end McDonald's during lunch rush. I remind you, it's 3pm and no one eating in the restaurant. Got up to get ketchup and guess what? Yup, that's right, the ketchup dispenser is empty. Someone brought our food and it was missing 1 of 2 fries from our order of 2 combos. I had to go stand in an invisible line again for a few minutes before getting a workers attention. I ended up asking someone who looked to be a manger of they are running a business or not. She assured me she was running a business. That was the end of that conversation and the end of visiting this establishment. read more

Really slow service. Had to repeat my order exactly 5 times and they still messed it up. Smh

Super dirty and hot, flys everywhere. Took forever for the kid at the register to take my order and then when I got in the car it was completely wrong, so I went back in to fix it and the turkey burger was completely cold. Beware! read more
