This store is consistently terrible. Last week I went and only ordered a diet Dr. Pepper. That's it, no food. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the window. After waiting 10 minutes they gave me my overpriced drink to find out it was the wrong drink. Tonight my wife sat in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes with only one other vehicle in the entire drive thru. 25 minutes to serve 2 vehicles???? After placing her order my wife corrected the employee after they missed an order or chicken tenders. She repeated I wanted two orders of the 5 piece chicken tenders. And after waiting almost HALF AN HOUR she received her food and lo and behold the 2nd order of chicken tenders were missing. This store is a mess, the employees are dumber than a box of rocks and can't get SIMPLE orders correct. How is it other Fast food restaurants (in n out or Chic Fila) never mess up an order while this store consistently destroys simple orders? I have been coming to this Carls Jr. for the past few years. The food is always very good and the customer service is very welcoming. I've always felt like the staff values me and my special orders. Generally I come between 10A and 12:30PM anf drive through. I'm usually greeted warmly by Delilah who has excellent customer service skills. She's always got a smile on her face and a kind, "have a nice day" to me. Most fast food restaurants want to get you in and out. The girl handed me the food without telling me what it was took my credit card made a mistake on the amount and then said she had to debit me again saying it was supposed to be $11 and she only charge me seven dollars so when I looked on my Discover card I see that she's charged me over $13 I asked her the two receipts and she refused to give them to me. Her name is Ashley so she says. The hamburger was called the french fries were pathetic and they overcharged me and they refused to give me either receipt. It felt like she just got reprimanded by her manager. They where out of ketchup at the pump. I went up to the front and told an employee that the ketchup was out and the response I got was "we will be right with you.." with their back turned away from me. So I sat back down at our table.
