Every now and then I really need a western bacon cheeseburger. Lately it has been more often. I ordered a single western bacon cheeseburger on one trip and a double western bacon cheeseburger on another trip. Both with extra bbq sauce. Both the single and double were excellent. Hot. Cheese and bbq sauce were hot. Bacon was crisp. Onion rings were fried well. It provided the comfort and taste I needed. The criss-cut fries and fried zucchini were also fresh and hot. read more

'Usually a good place to get a quick burger, and staff is friendly, but today, they messed up our order... WHO exactly even LIKES "CHEESE" on an American burger, since it typically isn't cheese at all, but that re-processed stuff!! Anyway, we never order cheeseburgers, and the order screen was accurate, but I guess the "system" (or boredom, or end-of-shift anxiety) took over and "issued" us a cheeseburger anyway. Oh Wow This is by far the WORST fast food experience I've ever had. They kept purposely getting my order wrong and it took 5 times before they got it right. by the 3rd time the cook was acting like a total b**** which she really is I wanted to fight her. She was so incredibly rude. And one of the people that takes your order rolled their eyes at me. It was a terrible experience. I got so upset I F bombed them several times. At the end (5th time) the mean person gave it and said have a nice day and I yelled oh well have a terrible f***ing day. The facility was extremely dirty old and gross. And the food was absolutely disgusting. The McDonalds across the street was nowhere near this bad. This is the worst place I've ever ate. read more

Sorry staff did not know current pricing on buy one get one for a dollar for famous stars cashier charged for two stars regular price and the milk shakes were down at least 5/8 of an inch from the top when asking for no whip cream. So idk how they treat their employees, but I showed up for an interview 05/23/2020 and 0830 and knocked on the back door as I was told to. I knocked multiple times and no one answered even though I could clearly hear talking on the other side of the door. As I was knocking I noticed parked directly In front of the door was a Person in their car with the door open who could clearly see me. I figured they were on their break or maybe didn't even belong their. After knocking multiple times no one comes to open the door so I call the store a few times and no one answers and the voicemail is full so I can leave one. Well I figured they forgot or just don't care and I went to get in my car parked about 50-70 feet from the building in another parking lot. As I sit there I look at the backside and behold the person sitting directly in front of the back door walks up to the door unlocks it with a key looks at me no wave over no nothing and then just walks in. Judging by how that moment went this is literally the work not even interview I've had and will probably never eat there nor request employment from a company that can't even professionally conduct an interview. There was one guy making food, one guy taking all the orders and both manager and assistant manager were in an office talking. I asked them why they both were in the office not working and they said that they were short handed and trying to call someone in for help. It shouldn't take two managers to call for another employee to come in. Both managers should be fired for the simple fact that they don't work, care about customers or their employees. My boyfriend is in the hospital right now and we believe he got food poisoning from this establishment. I understand there is no way to pin point where someone gets a sickness like this but when I called this establishment to let them know we believe he got food poisoning, considering it is the only thing he has eaten in the last 20+ hours, I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The assistant manager proceeded to yell at me over the phone and tell me they were not liable and that they would not pay a hospital bill, mind you I was not looking for compensation I was merely trying to avoid this happening to someone else. I was very calm on the phone while the assistant manager proceeded to yell at me and explain that I should be taking care of my boyfriend and not calling them, and that she had been in the business for 25 years and that there was no way for me to prove that he got sick from their food. I would avoid this establishment at all costs!!! Whether or not their food has put my boyfriend in the hospital, the lack of compassion and professionalism from the assistant manager was disgraceful and left me in shock.
