This location is only 2 minutes from my gym, so it was still very convenient. Glad I did because the service was friendly and quick. I was in and out in no time and was told my 4 pieces: a suit, blazer, and skirt would be ready before 6 pm the following day. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them.

This is just what appears to be drop off location. All items get trucked somewhere else to be…read morecleaned, pressed, altered, mended. That being said, risk of delays and/or losses is high. I dropped off 4 items on a Tuesday for pickup on Thursday. Two of the dry cleaning/laundry items came back as promised without any issues. The remaining 2 items were expensive jeans that just needed creased - nothing else; they were already clean. They were unable to be located for nearly a week, despite me calling to follow up on them and checking all the other locations in the area where the work is actually done. On Friday, I checked on them again and was just given excuses about the machines being down, instead of trying to locate my items and figure out what the actual problem was. On Saturday, I even prepaid for the work and then waited in the parking lot for the driver (who was over 30 mins late) to see if he had my pants at the 3PM Saturday drop off (they close at 3PM and are closed on Sunday). He didn't have them. I was needing these 2 pairs of jeans to take the following Monday morning on a trip to Vegas for the NFR. After calling everywhere Monday morning starting at 7AM, hoping to get my items before my flight, ironed or not, I finally learned that the jeans had been trucked several hours away to some lady that does alterations for the company and she was not working. They were eventually located and returned to me with a refund, however it was after my trip. I am thankful that the pants were located and not lost, however, this was completely unacceptable. I cannot trust this location. The attendant is lackadaisical. She blamed the driver for not following instructions, but she could have provided incorrect instructions to him. When I was there on Friday asking again about ironing that should have been completed the day before, she should have started calling around. I made it clear that I needed these pants returned before Monday. If she had made any effort to help, instead of just making excuses, I could have gotten my items back before my trip; they could have been recalled from alterations on Saturday instead of Monday afternoon, when it was already too late. Customer beware.

They stated they have no idea when my clothes will be back. Terrible service, terrible policy and terrible people. Aside from the website and receipt being wrong they will just say I wasn't the one who told you X time. I'd take your clothes literally anywhere else.

This is where Carl's Cleaners failed. When I picked up a shirt recently, it had some type of chemical burn or bleach spot right in the center of the back of the shirt. I don't use any chemicals/bleach and there is zero chance for me to get a spot like that there in the first place. The spot was definitely not there when I dropped of the shirt (I check every shirt at drop off to count, look for missing buttons, etc). The company will not stand by their service and refuses to do anything about the shirt. They claim this bleach/chemical burn is not their fault and they don't even use bleach, and questioned me about it. I've been a regular customer for years. I won't be back. I don't know what the chemical burn is, but it happened under their care. Sadly I'll be looking for another cleaner.
