Im also a health care worker and I've seen lots of unprofessional Dr in my life but he is the worst!! the first time he was very nice but the 2nd time he was very rude and unprofessional that day when I got to the office first the receptionist told me that I didn't have a appointment when I did but she was nice about it and told me that she can squeeze me in if I wanted it to stay, I said yes because I was waiting for this appointment for 3 months. When I got call back the room the Dr. was rushing he told me what I need and I took his opinion and told him ok I was trying to explain him how Ive being doing and he didn't want it hear anything that I had to say, I also try to explain myself in a different way because maybe my he was not understanding what I was trying to say but surely enough I realize that he was just being rude even call me a difficult patient only because I was trying to explain myself. the way he was talking to me was so bad that I got so sad that I stared even to tear down. he even told me that I was telling him how to treat his patients and That he's being doing this for more then 11 years. I was getting mistreated verbally when I was trying to explain myself. Im writing the review because I'm sure I was not the first of the last person that he has done it too. I spent the past few years just going to Urgent Care's and getting miss information and lack of proper testing. Dr. Bleecher bedside manor is fantastic and he treats like a patient and not a number . I was able to get the basic work up I was pass do on and Dr.Bleecher took care of all of it . I called office late June due to my husband not feeling well. NO sick appointments for 5 days, with another Dr in practice. they told us to go to urgent care. long story short admitted to ER with bowl blockage. The next week I developed shingles and again no SICK visits for days. went to ENT And he treated me but needed to see primary or neurologist . I go an appoint with neurologist but had to wait as a new patient. called Dr Carbral's office again on 7/27/26. earliest appointment 8/10. This is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I use to work for a large family practice and there were always sick appointments added if Dr felt the need. I guess this office is only good if you need to be seen for a non emergency. I'm leaving this practice and going to Stony Brook which will always find a sick appointment somewhere in their system. I guess this is why urgent care and ER's are packed. you can't get into Dr"s if god forbid you get sick

I have worked with him professionally, for years and in that time, he became my family physician…read more He is kind, patient and personable. He cared for my toddler, my teen and my tween (one in the middle) into adulthood. My children were never afraid of him and never cried when they got injections. He took care of me and gave me excellent referrals. I am no longer in the area, but if I were, I would still be seeing him now. He told me one time, he treats from the cradle to the grave. I have seen him in action in the hospital and he was just wonderful with his patients. It is not just with me that he gives such wonderful care. If you are lucky enough to become one of his patients, you are in great hands.
