The billing department billed my colonoscopy as both preventative care and a diagnostic (against the recommendation of the Health and Human Services guidance) to get more money. My insurance company even tried to explain to the billing department that they coded it wrong and they refused to re-bill. Once my insurance company knew the doctor would not change the incorrect billing, they paid at 100% and I still received a $400 bill, which was slightly less that the $600 bill.

Im also a health care worker and I've seen lots of unprofessional Dr in my life but he is the worst!! the first time he was very nice but the 2nd time he was very rude and unprofessional that day when I got to the office first the receptionist told me that I didn't have a appointment when I did but she was nice about it and told me that she can squeeze me in if I wanted it to stay, I said yes because I was waiting for this appointment for 3 months. When I got call back the room the Dr. was rushing he told me what I need and I took his opinion and told him ok I was trying to explain him how Ive being doing and he didn't want it hear anything that I had to say, I also try to explain myself in a different way because maybe my he was not understanding what I was trying to say but surely enough I realize that he was just being rude even call me a difficult patient only because I was trying to explain myself. the way he was talking to me was so bad that I got so sad that I stared even to tear down. he even told me that I was telling him how to treat his patients and That he's being doing this for more then 11 years. I was getting mistreated verbally when I was trying to explain myself. Im writing the review because I'm sure I was not the first of the last person that he has done it too. I literally felt like shit.
