However for each car they have a printout of their inspection (see photo). The inspection shows what they checked but also more importantly at the bottom it lists what is still wrong with the car. They have a warranty for all cars with less than 80,000 miles. Their sign says "warranty forever." This obviously doesn't apply to everything but they tell you what is included. Their cars over 120,000 miles are as-is. I think from a full disclosure standpoint this place looks great. We probably would have bought a car, if we lived in Tucson. The only problem with the warranty is that you would need to bring the car back for the covered repairs. Definitely worth the look for those looking for used cars.

If I lived closer I would go there every day. Simple communication and an attempt to rectify the issue is all I wanted and needed a a customer but to just be ignored and told each time I called someone would call me back with no truth in that is unbelievable. I did file a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office who will be contacting them as well. I was told the more complaints that the AG gets on this business they can look to pull their business license and look towards legal action against them as a whole state not an individual so if you have all your proof file a complaint so these shady business people can be closed for good!

We appreciate that Precision offers a low pressure buying experience. We've all been to a business where salespeople swoop in like vultures. There is nothing worse when you're trying to make a major dollar decision than to have someone breathing down your neck for their commission. It's awful! We appreciate that Precision respects its customers enough to provide ample time and space to make a decision. When we were ready to upgrade our vehicles, we returned to Precision because we knew we would get a fair price on our trade-in and purchase. Precision made the entire process painless, but the best part is knowing that we were purchasing a car that had been thoroughly checked out by the mechanics at Precision, Inc.
