Third they set up an appointment while over the weekend and clearly explained their procedures and policies! They showed up early to the appointment and using red dyes and an underwater microphone identified that our leak was in the light fixture not any of the pipes! Darbin and Jordan had all they needed to fix the leak and there was no additional charge to seal it!! Joe, Darbin and Jordan are awesome! Highly recommend this group!!! I live over 30 minutes from the property and would have appreciated more notice to plan accordingly. We had a 2 PM appointment scheduled the following day. I took time off work and drove to the property to make sure everything was ready. I sent multiple text updates throughout the day showing the pool's progress, but received no response. When I finally called at 3 PM, I was abruptly told the appointment was canceled because he was "too far away." This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Communication: 0/10. Consideration: 0/10. I can't speak to the actual service--because it never happened.
