I've never left a Yelp review for any business before, but after speaking with whoever answered the phone, I simply felt I had to.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone as after a one minute conversation with this man whom I've never met, he became so rude and condescending that he even hung up on me during our conversation.
I was asking him about an exhaust part on my vehicle and because he hadn't yet seen the vehicle, was unclear as to what I was trying to describe. I had just started to describe it a little bit better, when he quickly interrupted and said simply that there was no point in having this conversation as it was a waste of time. It wasn't just that he said that, but that he said it over and over again, not letting me get a word in edge-wise. Finally I said, "okay, you're the boss" after which he simply stated "if you want to bring it in, do, and we can talk - if you don't, don't - goodbye" and with that he hung up before I could say another word. He had already written me off without caring whatsoever what I was trying to say.
I was polite and mild-mannered during the entire conversation and actually had a question for him for which he didn't need to see the car, but to no avail - he was gone, and so was I. If he or the business is like that after a one minute phone conversation, I can't imagine how arrogant and condescending he would be in person. read more
