I showed up, told him my issues, he wrote them down and just as I was about to leave I said. "Btw, because it's a rotary engine it needs to be warmed up to a certain line before turning off or the cars engine will flood. Can I please leave you a photo for an example to show your mechanics Incase they don't know". He insured that nope they knew and it was fine. I walked out the building feeling a little nervous about it because I've previously given my car to different mechanics before claiming they knew how to work on it and then ruining my engine. So I went back in and I said " please can you just at least show your mechanic the photo of how warm it needs to be before turning my car off it would make me feel a lot better " he said he would so he went into the back, brought his mechanic out then proceeded to tell me that nowhere in the manual does it say it needs to be warm before turning off the car. At this point I was glad I came back to double check with them. I said that I knew how my car worked, it has always needed to be warmed to a certain amount , all I wanted was to show the mechanic that so my engine won't flood on them. He proceeded to yell at me and degrade me like I didn't know what I was talking about asking if my car was "special" or had a "modified engine" and when I said No to both that Rx-8s ( any rotary engine) just needs to be warm before turning off. He then tells me that he doesn't need to do that and clearly there has to be something else wrong with my car if I need to warm it up before turning it off. So I obviously begin crying because I feel that he just wouldn't listen to me, he thinks he knows my car better than me, and he thinks I don't know what I'm talking about. I ran out crying because at this point I felt like he was trying to embarrass me. My mom went in to apologize because I was too scared to talk and at that point he handed my key back to her and said that I was going to cause "too many issues", and that " no matter what he does to my car I'll never be happy" and that " people like ME cause too much stress in his work place and he doesn't want that negative energy around him". He then handed the key to my mom and said he no longer wanted to work on my car. Such an unprofessional place. Left me really rattled and upset. I was never trying to cause any issues I just wanted to communicate my concerns about my car. I never raised my voice or spoke in any disrespectful way. Instead of making his customer feel better by listening to their concerns and communicating with them in a nice manner he decide to belittle me and make me feel stupid. All I wanted him to do was to show his mechanic the photo once and I would have been 100% comfortable with them handling my car. Because like I said before I had heard good things about this place. If you have any type of sports car , or car that requires someone who can handle it with care. Maybe try somewhere else. Very disappointing and upsetting experience

Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road.

The Toyo's were quoted at over 2700 and the Falkens were 2986 installed. Stephen "Roy" Mitchell the counter guy who says hes the manager said the Falkens are slightly wider but are a really good tire. I said okay I'll go with those ones. He orders them in and later that day on August 11, 26 same day he told me to come back in the afternoon when they showed up he would let me know. He calls me later on around 2pm and said they are here come on in. Cool. The shop installs them. On my way home I hear them rubbing. I call back next day and said come in we,ll take a look. I go in and they realize the tires are rubbing on the mud flaps. He automatically says "ya it's Willowbrook Chryslers fault for putting these mud flaps on". I was slightly turned off by him trying to blame the dealership for the mud flaps. He said we could take them off . I said okay well I guess I don't need them in the front. They took them off and I asked them to thr them out. Well this is not my daily driver so it to me a couple more days to realize they are still rubbing on something else while wheels are completely turned. And I saw where the paint was rubbing off so I called back again. This guy tells me I should go to Lordco, they sell wheel spacers and are easy to do. I thought this is messed up but I did call anyway and they don't sell heavy duty spacers for these trucks. I then started some research and calling different shops and apparently every shop I called (three of them) including other larger tire shops and Willowbrook Chrysler where I bought the truck and every one of them will not install wheel spacers and every one of them advised me not too as it's a one ton truck and I tow a trailer with i. So I once again go back to TIRELAND in Langley on this past Thursday of September 3, 26 and they were about 10 minutes from closing and this Stephen guy blowing me off once again like I'm a piece of garbage. Starts opening a book to give me a phone number for a place that deals with Falken tires and to take the issue up with Falken themselves. I said are you f,n kidding me right now? He says I told you to come back next week. Well what's that have to do with giving me some help here with the oversize tires you sold me here that I paid just under 3000.00 dollars for?? Then this guy says listen I don't pick the tire sizes. I said well I sure as hell don't! What do I know about tires!!! You're the so called professional here! Next day I came again to confirm appointment, price and that they understood exactly what I need. Eventually when I came at the day and time of appointment, brough the new rims and set of winter tires on old rims, that woman (reseptionist) said that it's double job for them. I said back to her that she and her fellow worker were told twice what I need to be on the same page and they confirmed at that time that they got it. Very dissapointed. Right away I came to the next door auto service and they did everything I needed within 20 minutes for $150 which is a very disent price for that. Will never consider this shop to get the service.

A recent trip to Whistler was an eye opener: one of our tire was popped and needed to be patched, and there was a funny sound when starting the car about to drive home on Sunday. By Tuesday of the same week, The Hubs said he can barely start the car. He took public transit to work while I looked for an auto shop to take my car in for the day. Called a couple of shops and they are full for the week. I randomly searched and came across this place on Google that is tucked away in the end of a long brown building. Walter picked up the phone and was genuinely concerned about my car and whether I can start it. He asked me some great questions that should be easy to answer, but I have no clue since The Hubs handles the maintenance. Walter was very patient with someone that has minimal knowledge about their car and gave great instructions to explain how to get to the shop and what to do once there. Once I figured out how to start the car, I drove over and drop off my car with Walter at 12pm, who also asked me if there's anything else they need to check for me. Informed him of the tire problem and he said he'll make sure someone take a look and torque it as well. Walter called at 2pm and let me know the diagnosis and what is needed to be repaired. Turns out battery is end of its life and needs a new one. Also, my tires are getting bare and needed some new treads - Walter said he can find and give me a few options. By 3:30pm, Walter called back and said the car is ready. Made my way back and explained the what they have done, how much it costs and also the tire options. The price is fair. I feel assured by their level of service and knowledge. I'm very glad I stumbled upon them. Overall: Walter & team is great. I have a great service, fair prices, and I will take my car to service there again.
