I started out knowing Mark, but he moved to Abbotsford and now Tommy has taken over. Both guys know their jobs well. Both lead me through how they would repair my car in detail to ensure I approved of everything. My most recent visit was due to a rear-end collision. I had my car towed directly to Fix and they got to work on it right away. Although the repair was delayed due to a parts backorder (hardly their fault) I got to drive around in a brand new Mazda 3 while my car was in the shop. Everytime I called (every few days) I had no trouble getting a detailed status update on how work was progressing and getting an estimated completion day. The follow-up call the day after I picked up my car was appreciated - no survey, no nosey questions - just wanted to make sure everything was perfect with the car. I will not hesitate to send my car back there if I have to, but I hope I never have to...my body can only take so many impacts.

Then charged me for them even though we had full extended coverage (asked Granville Toyota on 41st, thet agreed that should've been under warranty). I ended up paying anyway because I didn't have time to keep arguing (we'd been arguing for 20+ minutes when I gave up) Service at 41st & Granville has been consistently good for the last 3 decades, as their veteran staff know customer service. But the Fraser location is run by entitled children Never going back. 1.5 stars. At least the mechanics are good, as well as the young man in the financing dept.

From my understanding "Lifetime warranty" means at any point in time after you get your car worked on at their shop , if a problem arises due to their work they promise to fix it. No matter how long time has passed. Hence the Lifetime part. The second you drive it off their lot and later find something wrong with your vehicle the new manager will try to say the warranty is voided because it was approved and "fully fixed" when you signed and pick up your vehicle up from them. Which doesn't make much sense. I understand accidents happen , things can be missed at first glance, and there could have been a possible miss judgement from their estimator..but still they choose to ignore that possibility completely. Which makes me think about , will anyone ever be able to use the lifetime warranty they promise to stand by ? This location will make up fake scenarios (Other reviews also talk about the same thing) and use them as excuses like "Its just the way my car is built" or " it looks like it possibly was worked on at a different shop and it will no longer be their job to fix any more" ,and "the broken part must have happened after we fixed it, it's been too long and you would have noticed this problem sooner". Which once again ..Shouldn't matter how long it takes for me to notice. Once I notice, it should be fixed. Save your time and find somewhere else that stays true to their loyalty program ,wants to actually help their customers and does the job right the first time. Very disappointing service and quality of work. The old manager seemed to care more about making sure your car was fixed and up to good standard. The new manager is far more passive, defensive and not about customer service at all.

Calling the department service is a scull numbing adventure in itself because when you buy a "luxury" vehicle at OpenRoad, the best they can do for you is make you talk to some stupid machine for the entire appointment booking process, therefore you have to do some serious finger gymnastics by calling other departments so that somebody transfers you to a human being. Only problem is that during the transfer process, you end up getting disconnected. WTF??? If this is a Lexus' idea of service then next time I'm buying a frickin Vinfast or a Fisker where surely my experience would be less frustrating. I'm taking my business to a more competent dealership and I'll make sure my friends do as well. Not first, but definitely last time I buy a vehicle from OpenRoad. Incompetent and indifferent to the customer.

I brought my Carola to them after a parked car opened their door into the side of my car as I was reversing into a parking space leaving a pretty ugly scrape all the way down my side door. Costumer service was awesome, got my car in the next day. Dealt with ICBC without me having to do anything, and hooked me up with a courtesy car that was much nicer than my own (my wife didn't want to give it back). When I did pick up my car I was stunned. They truly went way above and beyond and had the car both cleaned and polished. I had some preexisting very noticeable cracks on the rear side panel that they had taken care of for free, and they had even gone so far as to leave me a little gift bag on my seat. I was really stunned at how far they went to make sure I had a great experience and that my car was in much better shape than before. I really can't recommend 24hr highly enough. They really go way beyond what is expected, do quality work, and make you feel valued.

About a week after I picked up my car, the business called me to see if I was happy with the work that they did and if there was anything else they could do for me. The business is a family owned and not a big chain. But they care about the quality of work that they put out.
