This was my first time here because my normal place was busy but I plan to go back here with my other too.

I took my rescue dog here to have his front nails clipped. I called ahead of time to tell them that…read moremy dog hates his feet touched and is very skittish. He tends to let go of his bowels when he's having his nails trimmed. I asked if they could handle that. the woman on the phone said to withhold food for a day, which I did even though I felt that was cruel. We went and my pup was nervous as some dogs are in strange places. She took him in the room and was talking to him gently, reassuring him. He did try to bite so she muzzled him, which I have no objection to. He continued to fight her and the next thing I hear is "you're a nasty dog". he evidentially pooped a little bit. I warned her, she said they could handle it. if she talks like this while the dog parent is standing right there I can't imagine how an animal is treated when they're dropped off for grooming and get nervous. I went back and held him so she could finish trimming. I paid we left, never to return!

I will definitely be back here.

Don't recommend this kennel, I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I was in a rush (family…read moreemergency) but after leaving my dog there and then picking them up I found out that there is only one play yard (instead of the previously mentioned 2 play yards) and it's not even owned by the same person anymore. They try to promise safety for animals at night because the owners live across the driveway but it's not even owned by the people that live across the driveway anymore. I spoke to others around the area and a good amount said they don't go there anymore and if necessary they go to muddy paws. Dealing with this dog kennel has been very unprofessional and I don't recommend it to anyone in the area. I hope they do better/ update things because right now it seems like I got sold on false advertising.
