The office staff are great, and Dr Mohan listens and treats accordingly. They will work to get you the care you need! Unfortunately the company I worked for went out of business and my new employer insurance is not contracted with the practice. After many years of being a patient here, I have to leave the practice and am very sad to start over elsewhere. The so-called office manager (who is awfully proud of his MBA) doesn't know the first thing about customer care. Here's the deal: it works both ways. In the same sentence we were told to leave immediately or they would call the police. Very unprofessional of anyone in the medical profession and I would highly dissuade anyone from going there. I will be following up with a formal complaint to the state board of health tomorrow as well as a lawyer to see if my rights as a patient were violated. The front office staff are not attentive to the phones so you always had to call the nurse line for anything. Iris would even have the receptionist call patients to let them know she couldn't make appointments that afternoon so they would need to rebook or be seen by someone else because iris wanted to leave early that day. The receptionist made different excuses to the affected patients as she called them, all while other patients could hear everything in the waiting area. One gentleman just decided to walk out and reschedule for a separate day because of it, all while the other patients witnessed this. Dishonesty among health providers is one reason I could never recommend this practice to anyone, ever.

Let him know I was irritated and said he was just running a little behind schedule. I had to help him locate my radial pulse that was a first. He seemed pretty smart and is supposedly a guru of Rheumatology. He was kind and professional gave me the answer I expected but didn't want to hear which is better than the other rheumatologist at another facility who was useless. In the current world of prescription-pushing, money-hungry, careless medical services that are…read moreavailable to EVERYONE (not just the richies), Dr. Spalding is a breath of fresh air. She is friendly, really listens to her patients, goes out of her way to avoid prescribing medication when any physical, herbal, or other solution is available. Many of my friends, colleagues, and various people I have met are patients of Dr. Spalding's and they all have rave reviews too! I have heard tons of horror stories (not all were actually HORROR stories but you know what I mean, bad/rude/annoying experiences) from people about their doctors, never have I heard one about her; and since I am already a patient I don't have to worry about trying to get on her new patient list- I've heard she's booked solid! But if you are looking for a new family doc for yourself or your family, trust me that she is definitely worth giving a call- and if need be, a wait! Dr. Eaton, another doctor in that office, is also fabulous- if Dr. Spalding's patient roster is indeed full, you would be just as smart to try and get on Dr. Eaton (also a female).
