Very impersonal & very expensive. I'm also definitely Not happy to find out that they "claim" they don't accept BCNA Insurance & then they actually do collect monies from the Insurance Company after they collected a full price from me & then they submit a fee almost 3 times as much to my Insurance Company & after they get paid - they still try to overbill me. Don't seem willing to settle this out.

Dr. Andrea Johnson, the D.O. who is the founder of and primary professional within the center, has…read morea deeply intuitive healing sense that allows her to provide truly effective care to most patients who are lucky enough to make it into her appointment book. A large part of Dr.Johnson's work deals with muscle tension and alignment in the body. When she determines something is "out of whack," she can skillfully and gently manipulate the body back to its most effective pain-free state. There is no slamming and yanking that are common in the chiropractor's office. Dr. Johnson does not provide false hope - if she cannot help you, she will tell you. Her techniques do not require appointments that go on for months at a time. She has a strong common-sense holistic approach to patient care. I am grateful for the day I first visited Dr. Johnson's practice. My respect for her abilities is very deep; I cannot recommend her more highly. In this world of corporate-driven medicine and cookie-cutter doctors, Dr. Johnson is an absolute treasure and stand-out in her field.

I asked the owner who was at the counter is the cost on the wall and I pointed to the cost. The owner said yes. I said we (pointing to my husband) both would like a 30 minute massage. The owner and possible her husband showed my husband and myself were to go. There as another massage therapist working with a customer that was already there. That customer was getting a chair massage. When the massage was finished. I counted out $80.00 and handed the money to the owners husband - along with a $5.00 each tip. He said no and I thought to myself I know I counted my money correctly. I do not understand the no. The owner pointed to the sign that was behind the counter on the wall. That said "TIP" I said yes and I pointed to the $5.00 bills. The wife then said you pay for tip $20.00 each. I said what? The husband then said more tip this not enough. Then the female owner said you owe $20 each two people this not enough need to give more money. I said no. This is the tip. The owner tossed the money on the counter and spoke in her language to her husband and they pointed to the door and said loudly GET OUT. We left. We were visiting from a different state. This happened today June 7th in the afternoon.
