I wish we could have kept seeing her, but we moved across the country. As I recall, Dr. Tan was a bonafide, straight-off-the-boat practitioner who received her training in China. Her terms were; must sign waiver and consultation required. We agreed to waiver but she then she said a referral from another dr was needed. Why should i have to pay for a dr appmt to refer me to an acupuncturist? A referral is NOT a consultation. she refused to honor groupon unless we used another dr. first. Called GROUPON and now because she took so long to call us they refuse to refund me, only give me credit toward more groupons A totally horrible experience with three mountains and groupon.
