(With a toddler and a newborn to take care off, I didn't have time to just sit around and wait for it to get better, which is all doctors seem to recommend!). My boss recommended Dr. Limonoff (who insists on being called Jeff) at East Lansing Chiropractic. The office was very friendly and got me in the day after I called. There was a bit of a wait once I got there -- maybe 15 minutes -- but not a huge deal. Jeff is super-friendly and very chatty. He explained everything thoroughly, and I didn't find the adjustments painful. One nice thing is that he doesn't push X-rays (I especially appreciated that, as a nursing mom) or a bunch of follow-up visits. He even said, "Unless this is a pain you've had for 20 years, if I haven't gotten it fixed in three visits, I'm doing something wrong." That was nice to hear, as some of the chiropractors I was looking at before he was recommended seemed to expect you to be coming back for MONTHS! I've had two visits now (with instructions to make another if the pain comes back), and I feel great! If I have any more back or neck issues, I'll definitely see Jeff again.

The office is welcoming and comfortable, but open at the same time providing a great atmosphere. Dr. Sly is open and honest. Both are up front. You can call ahead or just walk in and they'll fit you in. If I need my back cracked that is where I head. Over the course of several months and physical therapy and back injections I as not making much head way.... then my wife suggested Dr Zuker beacause she knew his wife . Barb who is in charge of appointments and making people feel at home ... She did a great job when ever I needed an appointment and got me right in even without an appointment.. Then slowly my back started to feel better little by little ... I asked him how long before the pain would be all gone... He said to wait because a person does not know exactly the time ...So the next week after a few appointments the pain was gone. Great work I came in to see him recently and i called and they got me in again no problem... I used to go here…read more3 years ago but stopped because I got fed up with waiting an unreasonable amount of time to be seen (45 minutes appx). Today I tried to give them another try. I made a 345 appt, was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and did so. I was put in a room, whereby I was the only patient at that time. About 5 minutes later the receptionist who's the chiropractors wife, she came in and told me there was 1 pt in with the doctor and he'd see me soon. After waiting 20 more minutes and noticing he had a different pt, I came out of the room and told the receptionist that I had an appt and he is with a 2nd pt now! She said we'll its a family and said they arrived late for their appt. I told her they should have waited for me to be seen first then, especially since the office was empty when I was taken to a room and they were late! Dr zuker was fully aware that I was there yet 35 minutes after my appt time he was still taking his sweet time chatting with them which I told the receptionist this was rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional with him knowing I was there on time and waiting! She excused this by saying "He loves his patients and I should have more compassion ". In the past when I have seen him it has always felt like a 2 minute rush job so maybe their just prejudice about people who pay cash or have an insurance that pays better but based on my experience, people should reconsider going there unless you have an hour to sit and wait. I bet if I ran 45 minutes late they wouldn't have seen me today, yet they feel its perfectly fine to do this to patients! Did I get any kind of call of an apology from the doctor? Absolutely not! At minimum I feel i should have and at max, perhaps a free call with a consult about the MRI tests i brought in. Don't allow this office to bill insurance if thus has occurred with anybody! Report it as fraud! Enough said!

Dr. Craig suggested Soft Wave therapy. I had one treatment and immediately felt better. The condition and pain hasn't returned so far.
