It was as simple as writing my info down on a card and shading in the sore spots on the diagram on the back. (Clever idea!) Their policy of getting you loosened up with the heating pad before you get adjusted was a blessing...well, except for the part where I was suddenly so sleepy that I thought I was going to tip over on the potty before I got adjusted! (*chuckle*) Doc was very good at explaining everything he was doing and giving me ideas of what might be going on with my body. Everything was very low pressure ("I'd like to get a film of your back, but whenever you have the time") and no fuss. The infection posed a significant risk of spreading to the rest of my body, so I was prescribed antibiotics around the clock. The primary concern was amputation, which I strongly resisted. Dr. Warner visited me on the weekend to assess the extent of the damage to my toe. She effectively calmed my doubts and fears, presenting me with the available options. The best course of action was amputation, as the infection was localized to the big toe. Removing the toe would prevent future complications. However, this meant losing my big toe, which filled me with severe apprehension. Would I still be able to enjoy my favorite sports like tennis, hiking, and basketball? Dr. Warner reassured me that I could resume my activities with no further issues. Her patience, calmness, and honesty provided me with the support I needed to make the decision. (wry smile) I never imagined I would be grateful for someone amputating my toe, but in the end, it was the right decision. One rare quality in our world is having a physician who genuinely cares about their patients and doesn't treat them as mere numbers. Dr. Warner's professionalism, knowledge, and relatability to my family were remarkable. My mother and sisters were understandably worried about me with the upcoming surgical procedure, but she calmly reassured them that everything would be fine. After the surgery, Dr. Warner continued to support me during the transition period. While it's understandable to feel mentally and emotionally challenged after an amputation, her continued patience and calmness were invaluable. Initially, it was difficult to look at my foot without my big toe. However, Dr. Warner helped me come to terms with the loss, and I will always be grateful for her assistance. The practice manager Cheryl wanted her social security number for billing. Daughter said no. Can give a credit care. They would not see her without it. Why? No one is required to disclose a social security number to a doctor for care. Just another way for fraud to occur. Our employer uses a made up number and has for the last 25 years just to cut down on fraud. A call to BCBS would have shown she has coverage. A credit card would have ensured payment. Instead, they turned her away in pain. Not a class act. Not a practice I would refer anyone to Shame on them for an outdated business practice and outdated business system.

I highly recommend Dr Jason and his staff…read more I came to his office from a place that I was desperately grasping for straws on how to get relief from the feeling of not being just right, and not sure what to do or where to go to get the help I needed. I knew I didn't want medicine to cover up the problem but to actually discover what was the root causes of them. I really liked the homeopathic/ naturopathic/ holistic approach to medicine.  I was consulting with one that was out of state and very hard to get in touch with. So I started my search on Google. I had a free consultation with Dr Jason and decided to give him a try. We discovered several things happening in my body that he worked out a plan for my health journey coaching me consistently throughout. Diet and supplements that I taking actually weren't helping but making me sick. Digestive issues and many food sensitivities. A change of diets, actually several changes to what I was eating, a change of lifestyle, a change of mindset... daily exercise Most importantly you have to want to change to actually change. I wanted to change! I saw results and still see them. Others actually do as well! After I started my journey with Dr Jason and his super caring friendly staff,  I decided to see if my 5 year old grandson would be a good candidate to get help. Yes, Dr Jason works with children! My grandson was more than I could handle. He would get violent! Throwing what ever he could get his hands on at every one. He would scratch and even try to bite you. I'm happy to say those violent things do not happen to the degree they did!  He does still have his moments. But not as frequent. Some was caused by gluten and sugar. He would be classified by professionals and put on drugs - ADHD, ODD, PANS and PANDA,  and other disorders. His whole diet has improved from what he was eating to much healthier foods. It took a while because he was so used to eating certain foods but I for the most part found good substitutes. His first visit to the Dr Jason's office was a wild and wooly experience.
