I have also used them for my personal moves and can't speak more highly of them! Offering both packing and moving has been a great stress reliever as I always feel worried about more fragile items. Never had a fragile piece, large or small, damaged or destroyed l even in locations where they sometimes had stairs or uneven walking paths. Leland, Joshua, and Nick are delights to work with and a great and fun team. I tell all of my incoming residents about their services and those that used them have thanked them as well as me for the easy transition to their new home. Worth every penny if you ask me!

Please support this local small business. :-D…read more From the first quote to unloading the last box, WM was professional, courteous, efficient, and trustworthy. Quote: Leland responded to my yelp quote request (to a different company) within minutes. He offered a free estimate at our home at our convenience, which is why I chose WM instead of the other companies who have confusing variable rates. Leland prides his business off experience, quality service, and flat rates, instead of confusing quotes based on contingencies, weight, and uncertain labor hours. The flat rate gives the family being moved much needed piece of mind. There is nothing worse than trying to race the clock to save money on move day. I sat back most of the time and let them do their thing Price: Very fair, on par with other companies without the stress and unknown fees. Service: Excellent, all of our property was handled in a safe and efficient manner. They pay close attention to fragile and precious items (paintings, TV's, family heirlooms, etc). They are gentle Tetris masters! They can also handle the heavy stuff with ease with teamwork and strategy. Nothing broken/damaged. Leland and Vice have incredible energy and stamina. I was impressed with their non-stop work ethic. The even put furniture back together for us and gave interior design/layout advice. They were also very careful and willing to move non-boxable household items like plants, power tools, etc. They had a solution for things we thought we would have to move in our own. Communication: Leland saved us money by allowing us to pack our own boxes (and military discount). This also saved a 1/2 day in labor costs. He also recommends using Uhaul boxes; a very important tidbit of info bc Home Depot and Lowes boxes are low quality! 10/10 recommend! Great job guys! And thanks for allowing our dog to roam around while you worked. Note: we moved from Mill Creek to Port Orchard

The ONLY movers to call!! A Perfect Mover was perfect…read more Their communication, from the original quote, through all the changes I needed, and support through the whole moving day, was seamless. The price is the best you will get. I made the mistake of using another company once, and paid for it, both in cost and kindness. These are the movers you want. A+++++

I am writing this to share my experience and warn future customers about how this company handles…read moredamages and accountability. I hired A Perfect Mover to handle my move into a brand-new home. Three days before the move, brand-new carpeting was installed. During the move, their team caused visible damage to multiple carpeted areas, which I brought to their attention immediately. The owner, Shane acknowledged it and asked me to send carpet cleaning information so they could cover the cost. I scheduled a professional carpet cleaner and informed Shawn when they arrived. Only at that point--two months after the move was completed and fully paid for $10,824 ... ( we are a family of 4 ) Shane suddenly claimed I had a "past due balance" for junk removal labor. This was never mentioned during or after the move, nor on any invoice. It appears to have been brought up only when it came time to pay for the damage they caused. This is especially odd because I had already settled my bill with them totaling $10,824 ...so wouldn't that extra charge be brought up at the time of processing payment.???? Yeah... you'd think so. Despite this surprise accusation, I still attempted to be reasonable and offered to pay the carpet cleaner upfront while allowing him to reimburse the remaining balance (even factoring in the amount he claimed I "owed," which I dispute). Instead of resolving the matter professionally, Shane became defensive, accused me of "threatening a bad review," minimized the damage to my brand-new carpet, and refused to take responsibility. He then said everything would now be pushed through a "claims process," effectively declining to resolve it directly. To be clear: * The job was paid in full the day of the move. * No past due charges were ever mentioned until reimbursement for damages was requested. * The carpets were new and undamaged, and no effort was made by the company to repair or mitigate. * My review is not a threat--it is a reflection of how this company treats customers after being paid. I support small businesses, but integrity matters. A company that damages a customer's home and then invents retroactive charges to avoid accountability is not acting in good faith. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution
