From a reseller perspective, I would not bother going to this company Estate Sales. They price…read moreabout $10 lower than what you can find online if you're lucky. Most of the items are priced at retail value, which is honestly great for the homeowner if they're able to sell it for that. However, most of their clientele, if not 100% are resellers looking to also make a profit and so the owners really need to understand their demographic and who they are selling to. We are not eBay shoppers we are resellers. On top of it, they are rude and treat resellers like garbage. If you're looking to make a decent profit, I recommend going on 50% off day in which will you be paying full price but for them it's 50% because of how high they price.

Today at approximately 3:10 p.m. on 21st St. NE in Lake Stevens, WA, a Bekins Northwest moving truck pulled into our alley while helping a new neighbor move in. At 5:26 p.m., my fiancé came home and sent me a picture showing their truck blocking both our driveway and the neighbor's driveway across the alley. He spoke with one of the workers and explained that I would be home shortly. The worker replied, "No problem. When she gets here, we'll move the truck." When I arrived home at 6:39 p.m., the truck was still blocking my driveway. I got out of my car and politely asked if they could move it so I could pull into my driveway. One of the workers responded, "Can't you wait 20 minutes?" I explained that there was nowhere else to park. He pointed to the middle of the road, I told him, "No, I'm already stopped in the middle of the road." Parking there would have continued blocking through traffic (something their truck had already been doing for hours) and could have prevented other neighbors from getting home. I again asked them to move their truck so I could access my own driveway. So let me get this straight you wanted me to wait another 20 minutes after my driveway had already been blocked for hours and while your truck continued blocking the alley and preventing residents from easily accessing their homes? My issue is not that they were working. I understand people have to move. My issue is how the situation was handled. Blocking someone's driveway for nearly four hours without even the courtesy of knocking on the door to let us know or simply saying, "If you need in or out, just let us know and we'll move the truck," is unacceptable. Then, after being asked politely to move it, I was told to wait another 20 minutes instead of them taking a minute to relocate the truck. The truck finally left around 7:00 p.m., meaning our driveway was blocked for approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes. Better communication, respect for the surrounding neighbors, and basic courtesy would have gone a long way in preventing this frustrating experience.

They fill the truck with lots of gappy air, unlike what recommended on the U-Haul box and on YouTube tutorial. They had de 2k for labor fees , where I had to pack and bubble wrap all my kitchen stuff . This is by far the worst movers and will scam you and no one follows up . They keep sending me multiple bills and contracts and when I tried to look at old contracts they deleted those documents as well and access was denied , I should have known the sketch behavior. Also they didn't even move my couch and I only had 3 major furniture items to be moved . The driver , the coordinator and the sales are all basically irresponsible and made this one of the hardest move where I had to even cancel my travel plans And above all Justin told me delivery will be in 2-5 days and the person told me not for 14 days . Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything.
