Exceptional Food, Beautiful Presentation & Outstanding Service!…read more We are so happy and grateful that Chef Dora Presents catered the wedding shower for our daughter and her fiancé. Chef Dora and her team exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Chef Dora, the owner, was personally involved throughout the menu-planning process. She created a special customized Asian inspired menu, incorporating our favorite dishes. She also made adjustments to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs. They even traveled outside their usual service area to cater our event. We truly appreciated her personal attention and commitment. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! Our guests raved about the food and service. A special shout-out to Di, the event captain, who was exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and took care of the details. She checked in with me throughout the event and encouraged me to relax and enjoy the celebration with our guests. As the mother of the bride, that meant so much to me! Chef Dora and her team didn't just cater our event, they helped make it a truly memorable celebration. If you are looking for delicious food, beautiful presentations, personalized attention, and exceptional friendly service from start to finish, then I would highly recommend Chef Dora and her team for any celebration, large or small. They truly go the extra mile--literally!

Since publishing this one-star review, Chef Dora contacted me to resolve my dissatisfaction and did just that. He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. I could not ask for a better duo for the night. Also big thanks to Tomas and Erick - their waitstaff. Amazing night they pulled off. I'm a perfectionist. Type A host. I'm very particular on how I throw my parties and Chef Peter surpassed my expectations & more. My entire firm will not shutup about how amazing the food and service was. The party was a hit and I believe it was because of the food & bar. I will 100% hire this team again for future events.

To start, he created the most amazing charcuterie board with bacon-wrapped dates, fresh fruit, and a wonderful selection of meats and cheeses. We also enjoyed a delicious caprese salad with buttered toasted baguettes, followed by flavorful chicken masala served with rice, roasted veggies, and naan bread. For dessert, he made my favorite: yellow cake with chocolate frosting, made even more spectacular with fresh whipped cream and berries. Beyond the food, Daniel is so personable and fun--he created a warm, relaxed, and entertaining atmosphere throughout the evening. He even cleaned the kitchen afterwards, which was such a thoughtful gesture. After reaching out through his website, he sent us a message to schedule an introductory phone call. He shared his professional background and then went through a detailed discussion reviewing our vision for the night, including timing of the event, likes/dislikes, options for specialty/seasonal ingredients, etc. After the phone call, he followed up with a proposed menu for a 5-course omakase meal, accounting for our preferences, which was spot on. We paid a deposit to secure the date. He checked in a few days before the event and day-of kept a good line of communication with us, providing ETA. He was quick to set up in our kitchen and then the magic started. He brought his own table lights, dishware, utensils, cooking supplies/pans, etc. He offers tablecloths as well. When dinner was ready, he announced each course, sharing how the dish was prepared. The food was awesome. Just simply awesome. Pictures won't do justice, especially since I forgot to take some as I was enjoying the food too much. He buys the fish fresh that morning and you can appreciate the quality of it. And by the way, he prepped separate meals for our young children :) Afterwards, he took care of all the cleaning, cleared the tables, packed his supplies and graciously bowed out for the night. We're so glad we found him for our special night!
