I just left the Huntington Cariloha and wanted to write a raving review for the outstanding customer service given by Kelly Thompson. I had gone an Alaska cruise and spent over $600 in Skagway on clothing but unfortunately many items didn't work out for me. Upon returning home I located the closest Cariloha near me. At first, Kelly didn't think she would be able to help me with my returns which made me very upset after driving 60 miles. I vocalized my disappointment and frustration, unfortunately directing it toward her, and I was ready to leave the extremely unhappy. However, Kelly seemed determined to make me a happy customer. These bamboo sheet sets are the very best most comfortable I've ever had in my life, got the percal sheet set this time, but also have 2 resort style bedding sets already at home, and the best part is there temperature regulating for my always hot menopausal self. I'm not one to write reviews but this has to be addressed. I'll start by saying I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on this brand as their items are quality and the customer services has been good up until recently. I purchased a set of classic ivory sheets and 2 white bath sheets. I was told since they are bamboo they wash up perfect and any stains would wash out no problem which is why I bought the light colors. Well that was not the case. Both item stained and even washing with dawn "blue" the stains still remained. Kelly the owner was extremely rude and back tracked on the stain fighting power of these sheets that she promised at purchase. The sheets had been used once and washed once. I was just requesting a different darker color in exchange but was faced with a very rude and disrespectful treatment from owner Kelly. I looked forward to keeping this brand in my household but unfortunately I'll be switching to another brand that values their loyal customers better. I'll also not be recommending to family and friends. Unfortunately a good brand has to be ruined by poor customer service. read more

Super comfortable Bamboo sheets...which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.... however, they don't last. It's the second sheet that didnt last. And yes, we only wash in cold water and yes we tumble dry on low/med. Also, their customer service is horrid. Most recently, I had a bottom sheet that lost its elasticity, went onto their website and saw SINGLE SHEET SALE. Excellent! I was more than happy to purchase another bottom sheet as it's been over a year... however, that's not what it is at all! For some odd reason they call a SHEET SET- a single sheet! Someone needs to explain to this sheet company what a SINGLE SHEET is, obviously! I emailed them, my wife emailed them, we kept getting a perfunctory response "out of warranty". I spoke on the phone to them and asked about their single sheet sale... which again is not a single sheet at all.. one customer rep I spoke with finally agreed that yes the wording is a tad misleading. A tad misleading?? A TAD??? I was even told by another representative that she would get back to me by days end. Of course she didn't. It's crystal clear that this company doesnt care about its customer and only about their bottom line dollar but also blatantly lies on their website as well! I would love to have given this company a 5 star review because their sheets ARE comfortable but its more than obvious they dont care about the customer AT ALL! Having to spend hundreds of dollars for a new set of sheets when you only need one sheet is not only ridiculous, its down right taking advantage of its customer! Oh and by the way.. we have three sets of bamboo sheets- one from this company and two from other companies... and have had no issues or complaints at all with the others. Aloha Cariloha! Love this brand and store located at the Pacific City in Huntington Beach. This corner retail store is an excellent place to purchase bamboo made products where you can feel the difference whether you are wearing it, sleeping on it, or drying off from it. The fitting room was roomy enough to walk around and had a full length mirror with lighting that was flattering to the body. I purchased the bathrobe for $120 and infinity scarf for $29 and got free stickers and bamboo necklace. Thanks to the sales lady that was nice enough to show my boyfriend and I the quality of the products as well as attend to our needs. So if you are in HB and want to purchase clothing or bed & bath items that will feel soft and odor eliminating, then go to Cariloha for the look and feel of aloha! read more

Took off 3 stars because we couldn't get so much as a hello. We're a younger couple and the lady didn't even look at us after 10 minutes of waiting to ask some questions about their sheets before making a purchase. She was helping an older couple then got on the phone for 5 minutes having a personal phone call then went over to a new older couple to have a conversation with them without giving us so much as a smile let alone a hello. I was hesitant at first to spend what I consider, a large amount, of money on sheets. The constraints come with being a full time student pursuing higher education. The irony of that situation is that I've had trouble falling and staying asleep because my bed, albeit it does its job, could be better. But without good sleep, how can I be at my 100%? Enter Cariloha. After hearing some of my favorite workout personalities talk about these sheets, I sat on the thought of buying for MONTHS. Finally, I dragged myself to the Cariloha store because I wanted to see first hand what the fuss was about and if it was worth the hype. Was it? Oh, yeah. The first thing you'll notice about Cariloha is that their store smells AMAZING. Immediately moving past that, they have a bed with their pillows, mattress, sheets, etc on display for you to touch and try. And that's exactly what I did for about twenty minutes before I caved in and bought two sets of sheets and a pillow. Lisa, who was working with me, was super kind and welcoming. She answered all my questions and helped me out in multiple ways, with some of the highlights being how to care for these sheets so that they last the longest. If you're wondering how I feel about the sheets and pillow after I purchased it and have been using it for a while, the answer is that this is hands down the best sheets and pillow I have ever bought in my life. I think it's better to see it as an investment since I could have alternatively bought cheaper sheets and pillows somewhere else. But the cost of replacing them vs. lifecycle made investing in higher quality products a better choice, if you're able to. The sheets: Soft as a chinchilla. And they really do help temperature regulate and moisture wick. I noticed it helps with night sweats more than it temperature regulates, but the biggest plus for me is that it doesn't get dirty as quickly as cotton sheets. The pillow: Perfect for me because it has the right amount of "give" without being too soft or too hard. It also keeps my head cool so I appreciate that immensely. If you're unsure about buying, I'd say go into store and just try it. I was apprehensive at first but being able to physically play with the pillow and sheets before buying changed my mind. I bought my wife a set of King size bamboo sheets and unfortunately I'm a doofus and didn't realize our bed is a Cal-King. I reached out to them via their Facebook page and got a response as soon as they opened this AM. Exchange was no problem, UPS shipping form sent for the return and new sheets sent out, no sweat! It is not very often that you're able to reach out to a manufacturer and get this type of quick response and also have them be willing to help you out. I'm a fan of theirs for life and highly recommend them. The sheets are exceptional, super high quality and sustainable bamboo. All of the items in the set were flawless, pillow cases were all nicely hemmed and free of those annoying tags near the openings, same with the sheets. read more

I spent months shopping for a natural mattress and found one I love from essentia. I wish I knew about cariloha earlier because theirs is just as nice and a fraction of what I paid. First time coming here. I had heard about their phenomenal bamboo sheets and let me tell you.....whatever you heard it's true. Hands down the softest sheets I have ever laid my hands on! My amazing boyfriend told me to go to the store find the bedding that I like and he would get it (hence the person who recommended this place). So I came in and whatever you do don't lay on the bed...you won't want to leave....or lay on the pillows. I ended up getting a few golfing shirts for him and I honestly wish they had shirts like that for women ( hint hint). He said that they were incredibly soft, light, and breathable. Some might say that this is a bit pricey but hey.....you wear clothes every day and sleep in a bed everyday (or so I hope) so it's a great investment. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I spent the money for the mattress with this company and the sheets. I have been complaining about these products since I received them. The mattress became lumpy very soon after purchase and the sheets stretch out and become loose on the bed. I have been in contact with their warranty department who has not been helpful! I have had these products for about 6 months. If you choose to buy these items and are not happy after the 90 days, or within the 90 days, don't count on ever getting help! This is the absolute worst company!! They sell these sheets u see a different name at Costco. Do not buy the either!! Please!! Take your money elsewhere!! This is not a review about your store! Cariloha customer service is unacceptable- boyfriend and l were returning a mattress, they picked up the wrong mattress due to a misunderstanding and is now charging us a 150$ delivery fee. I had previously emailed them to get the mattress on another day and also called. I got nothing back. When I called them later on,I asked to speak to a manager and they were not understanding and didn't come to terms with me on not paying the 150$.
