I woke up hungry and ready for a cup of coffee. I was especially pleased to walk in to have a treat and found live music in this great spot. My hubby joined me after his golf game and we sat there enjoying delicious sandwiches and coffee. My only negatives were the service was questionable and the coffees were way too hot. Mine bordered on bitter. The gentleman delivering orders spent too much time going from table to table trying to figure how who the food belonged to. There is a cute patio but we chose to stay in and enjoy the music.

As someone who has spent their entire career in the food, beverage and customer service industries, I suggest, #1 If the new policy is not posted somewhere in the store then staff should kindly inform guests. Not time people and tell them how long they have been there and told to leave if the do not order something. #2 The new policy should have been politely and respectfully conveyed the first time she approached me. Please train your employees the proper way to inform guests of new policies, how to politely and respectfully speak to customers and exactly what customer service is.
