I was a little perturbed by their no ice sign. But again, this is Minnesota so what do you expect. They have local ice cream and pastries for sale inside the shop. It's clean. Prices are decent. I had the dovetail latte and my friend had an iced vanilla latte and we both loved our coffees. They also have a small craft and trinket section from local sellers which was so cool and made the space feel so homey. It was so good we ended up doing back later that weekend as well. We enjoyed the bread toasted with butter and for avocado toast during the week. They offered to slice the rosemary onion bread but not the cheese curd- there's something about the cheese curd that they said they don't slice it. I can't remember. But it's fine/ we sliced our own. The pecan rolls and the cinnamon rolls looked amazing but I'm more of a savory gal. The shop was super cute. They have a sourdough class coming up. They have coffees and couches. Bathrooms for customers. Some merchandise for sale. They even have a monthly club where you can pick up or have your items delivered to you! Wow! I wish I lived in the area just for this bakery. I came with my partner and we were dazzled by the tasteful and warm interior design. I have been a barista for many years and I understand the importance of a coffee shop exuding a warm, cozy atmosphere. YB does this with a fun modern twist! My partner had to try the vegan chocolate so they went with a vegan mocha with oat milk. I kept it simple with a vanilla oat milk latte. Both of our drinks were fantastic! Great microfoam and very smooth espresso! We made ourselves comfy on the couch and had our drinks brought out to us! Table service at a coffee shop? How nice and inviting! They also serve Love Creamery ice cream and sorbet here (our favorite ice cream place ever!) And provide a full lunch menu as well with paninis and sandwiches. The staff here were very nice! I already mentioned the table service but were very kind at the counter! This seems like a great spot to get some work done or to just relax and visit with a friend!
