Hello foodies ...WARNING !!!! it's very rare that I leave such a bad/negative review , however this…read morerestaurants customer service and the care they took in thier food prep was an outer disaster and notably the top 3 worst restaurant experiences I have had this year. I have been to thier location in Mississauga and the experience there was exceptional in every way....But this Hwy 7 location close to 427 hwy was a nightmare and I will never be coming back to this location ever again !!!! FOOD 2/5  let's start with the food prep the middle aged afro-American man making my sandwich was dropping pieces of smoked meat on the counter on the scale then putting it back in my sandwich ..then he only put on one glove yet he was touching my sandwich with his hand that had no glove.  The food was thrown into container so carelessly that the coleslaw container lid was not closed and all the juices spilled out and soaked into my  sandwich bread all wet and soggy. The meat portion was decent but I did not enjoy the sandwich on soggy bread and the coleslaw itself was horrible in taste possibly not fresh . The stinginess at this place is off the charts!!! I asked for a pepper instead of a pickle and I got neither with my sandwich ...at the other locations you always get a pickle or hot cherry pepper with your sandwich ...then I ask for some mustard and she gives me a small plastic cup with less then a half of a packet of mustard in it as shown in my picture with a boat load of attitude on top of it. I got no napkins and no fork or spoon to eat the coleslaw with I had to return inside restaurant and ask for one that's how stingy this restaurant is with their customers. SERVICE...0/5 Horiuble service , attitude !attitude!!From the moment I walked in, the white middle aged lady does not know what the word smile means and greeting your customers in a friendly manner...she seemed to have an issue and attitude with everything i ordered . Extremely rude . Unfriendly and had no clue what customer service means .. This was a classic book example 101 of what not to do or how to treat your paying customers .for a sandwich and a drink with nothing else it cost me $22 plus tax so I would expect much better service and quality in their food prep ....the owner should fire these workers and hire new people cause I surely wood .  Stay away from this location not recomended at all!!!

The server then came over to introduce herself, and provide us with menus. I had settled on the burger without onions, and a side order of fries. We only waited about fifteen minutes for our food, which was great as the restaurant had other patrons dining as well. The burger itself was quite large but, it came apart easily. Also, there were no condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or relish on the burger. Therefore, I had to put it all on myself. The bottles were on the table so, it made it easier however, I had thought that was something the kitchen should have done. The fries were a small portion, and finished quickly. An order of Pepsi was $3.00, and it tasted watered-down; not very appetizing. Service was great, as the waitress came and checked on us as we dined, and even provided us with a compliment. Restaurant itself was not loud, as it was in a separate area from the casino. Overall, a pretty good restaurant however, I found the food to be a bit overpriced for what I had received. The menu did have many other options so, I may try another food option next time around.
