My server was very nice but wouldn't allow me to take advantage of the breakfast specials because I was there at 11:10 & the specials expired at 11:00, which I kinda understood. I found that to be a rather chinchy move in my opinion. Nothing to write home for food. It didn't really offer anything special but it was good. Peameal bacon was nicely done. I doubt I'd go again, there's not enough of a uniqueness to warrant another visit.

These are exactly what you want out of traditional pancakes, as they're just so light and fluffy and completely addictive. We also tried the Scrambler Wrap ("Scrambled eggs, cheddar & sausage on a white or whole wheat tortilla with 2 potato pancakes"), which is quite possibly one of the largest breakfast wraps I've ever eaten. But it's very good, with its plentiful scrambled eggs and loads of Vienna sausages (or something very similar to a Vienna sausage). The potato pancakes were the one weak spot of the meal, as they had a weird gummy texture that just wasn't too appealing. The service was great, too. Overall I would say that I am CONCERNED about my GI function related to previously disclosed issues. From an overcooked omelet that really could have used more cheese, to the waffles that came with no butter and were ever so slightly overcooked, the execution was a miss. That said, I wish I had a spot like Starving Artist in my neighborhood. I'm sure once you get used to the menu, it's pretty easy to make a custom order that fixes any of the problems you might experience.
