AWARENESS : My first time meeting Doctor Vakhshouri (aka:…read moreDr. V) goes back to 2009 when, my regular doctor at Sutter Gould was unavailable for an appointment and Dr. V. just happened to be the the on call physician that day. NARRATIVE: After meeting Dr. V, I was impressed with his whole vibe. Very attentive. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Even better than the above listed qualities; I learned Dr. V had spent time studying and working with my old primary care doctor, Dr. McClellan whom I absolutely adored and loved but had sadly passed away just before Dr. V came onboard with the Sutter. RECOMMEDATION(S): Unfortunately, because of his popularity, Dr. V can no long accept new patients which is really too bad because, everyone deserves to see how a great doctor treats ALL his patients.

Dr Dhami gives the utmost care to her patients and I hope she never leaves Sutter! Thanks Dr Dhami for all you've done for me and continue to do for my care.

You would have a better chance to get in to see the president. I got a referral. Did everything right. Called. The lady who answers the phone is uber friendly by calling me babe, sweets, sugar and love tells me she never got the referral (even though I am holding the referral in my hand). I have to call back my doctor and ask for the referral again. So I oblige. She also says (in between the constant calling me sugar and sweetie and honey) that I need an MRI within the last year or he won't see me. I have MRI's probably from 2 years ago but whatever. I say I have MRIs and I can email them to her. NOPE. They don't do email because she's too busy to I guess look at email. She wants me to fax her. So she has time for a fax but not email. Not sure what that's about. This is 2026. Not 1986. All this entire time she continually called me honey, and love and sugar and sweets and every other kind of loving nickname you can think of. She doesn't know me at all and yet somehow she thinks this is ok. I am not a Karen BTW. Call me whatever it is you want, but at least help me by doing your job. I got the referral. I got the MRI. I have had pain in my back for 14 years and just need someone to help me. Instead I get "sugar pies" and love dumplings" and "no I am too busy" to look at email. So, yea. I would love to get rid of my pain and leave a wonderful review for Dr. Magimbi who sound fantastic, but your person screening calls seems more interested and calling your clients love muffin and making it damn near impossible to see you.

I had a hard time navigating the new insurance system and I was convinced I'd not be able to find a doctor comparable to the amazing doctor I had at Kaiser. I found Dr. Sachdeva on Yelp. I thought all the positive reviews must be a gimmick, but I thought I'd check her out, especially because she used to be a Kaiser MD. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Sachdeva listens like she really cares. Once you get to know her, she remembers details about your life and family, and that's rare. I suffer with chronic health conditions and am often skeptical of physicians, so it can take me some time to trust a doctor. Dr. Sachdeva has been wonderful at helping me manage my health issues and finding different ways to do that. Her office is simple and she's not open every day, but don't let that put you off. She's available and returns calls quickly. Plus, they always have treats (like individually packaged Madeline cookies) and newer magazines in the lobby, which my toddler always appreciates! Dr. Sachdeva also listens to my toddler's heart every visit, humoring him, and asking him questions. It's the little things (and the big) that let you trust a physician. She's kind and thorough and good at what she does. Definitely check Dr. Sachdeva out if you're looking for a new doctor in town!

I will give the nurse 5 stars for keeping me informed when she would be with me. Apologized for the delay. Nurse was great communicating with me and making me feel comfortable.
