I've been working with Razan since 2020. She has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. She helped through a very difficult relationship and complete loss of myself in 2020. 5 years later she has helped me redefine my relationship with myself, worked on past family traumas, learned how to develop interest in the right partner for me, helped through standing up for myself at work and better understanding my coworkers. She never claims to be perfect, on the other hand she is open about her good and bad experiences which helps therapy so much more relatable and just humanizes the experience . She gives incredible tools tailored to you and she helps in a way that's tailored to you. She doesn't try to keep you going to therapy forever either, she tries to give you the tools so you don't need her as much but you're able to live and do on your own. 5 years later I'm in a completely different place than I used to be, my bandwidth for stress and challenges has increased considerably. I continue to do therapy less frequently now only because she has given me the tools I need to go on my own for longer every time. At the same time, she is always available if you need her. So, what can I say about Razan! She is an incredible therapist. My life seemed to be falling apart, I was at a crossroads in my 18 year marriage and I didn't know what to do. I googled "therapist in my area" and so many popped up. Her website said it all though. She said she was open minded and willing to help anybody. Where do I start!!!!! This woman is absolutely amazing I have never met with a therapist who starts talking like you're there with them. Most I've seen have ignored me or looked around the room at their imaginary friend until I start taking cause the damn awkward silence has finally made me feel like I'm going to crack! She looks at your marriage as a whole person not pointing to one or the other or even eyeing them like one person is to blame. She makes time for you even I fits Friday night. we needed a session and she not only came at 6:45 we left at 9:45 with a new perspective on what we are and what we want. We were bounced around the Kaiser system for years to several therapists to help with our daughters debilitating anxiety/panic disorder. It was a very clinical environment with clinicians that were just not vested in what what needed. They were stuck on the fact that she has Autism. Within in the first 2 sessions Razan recognized exactly what we needed and put a treatment plan in place immediately. She has been the best treasure ever! Her environment is like sitting in a living room. She listens closely, is straight forward and offers fantastic techniques and suggestions to try on so many levels. I have had the opportunity to work with Razan at the state juvenile institution. Razan's ability to develop rapport with violent, aggressive, and impulsive young criminals is amazing. Her direct approach and no nonsense attitude with sophisticated offenders allows clients to see her professionalism while receiving the therapy they need. I first contacted Razan two years ago when I needed help through the grieving of my Mom's passing. It was a deep and difficult process, but we got through it. I started working with Razan about six months ago now. she's helped me with so many things from setting up future, to relationships and self harm. Shes a very understanding and compassionate person and you can just tell right off the first visit. Since Razan has been my therapist I have over come so many obstacles in life. For the past year I have been dealing with PTSD. I thought I could deal with it by myself but realized I needed help. I'm not a person that likes talking to others about my problems but when I met Razan I couldn't feel more comfortable. It was like I was talking to someone that I had known for years. My wife and I were lucky to find Razan a few months ago. Our intent was to have our 10yr old daughter see Razan. Before we knew it, she was not only helping with our 10 yr old daughter but also managed to communicate with our 16 yr old son and even helped my wife and I as a a couple and of course the four of us as a family. I wanted to start therapy because I was in one of the most confusing times of my life. I used to think therapy was a sign of weakness and therapist were paid friends. I sought the help from Razan for my self and then later for my son. Her office is comfortable and inviting. Razon has a way of making you feel heard, understood, validated and even important. Her technique and style of communicating is not typical of most Therapist. She is real people and truly understands and offers truthful advice and solutions. When my college student was needing someone to talk to, she didn't hesitate to help, even with more than 50 miles separation, she offered to counsel via the telephone.
