I did the call ahead check in. They called me back right away and then called about 45 minutes later (they said it might be an hour) and told me to come in. Once I was there, I was in a room within 10 minutes. Sandy (in-nurse?) was SOOO sweet especially considering I had two babies with me. The PA, Shruti was very concerned about my time and ran my labs before the exam. The only reason this isn't a five star review is that, once in the exam room I had to wait another two hours. Eeek! I had a very good experience here. I did web check in. They called within 5minutes and told me to go ahead and come in. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly both when I arrived and checking me out. I filled out my paper work and couldn't have been waiting more than 5 minutes before being called back. Very dissatisfied with this place. Seen the nurse practitioner & she didn't seem to have knowledge of what to do without asking the dr. Then prescribed me meds that did nothing. I had to call the clinic to confirm my web check in after an hour wait, they proceeded to tell me they needed to confirm my pharmacy and since I had waited an hour to head in to the clinic. My son went there to get some immunization records updated. Amy S, who is a nurse there, was very argumentative and combative with me. I asked her questions about a medical form that was in her hand and she seemed to get extremely aggravated. She began cutting me off in the middle of my sentences. All of this was done in front of a counter full of other customers. I looked her name tag and asked her for her last name. Only then did she back down and started speaking rationally. Immediately after that I asked for a business card and told her to enjoy the rest of her day. Please DO NOT ever go to this place! Her attitude is poor and her customer service skills are worse. The only reason that I was able to restrain myself from lashing back at her was because I was in my US Army uniform and I have to represent my country no matter what kind of ignorant people I have to put up with. The level of incompetence at this location is OFF THE CHARTS!!!! Following an almost 4 hour wait, not only did the front desk staff lose all of my paperwork containing personal and secure information, but when I questioned where it was they simply stated that they "didn't have it" and threatened to call the police when I insisted they find my personal forms. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. If this is any indication of the level of medical competence they possess, I would not want their staff treating me. The staff in the front lobby is not friendly at all ! I will never come back here again ! Please do whatever it takes to go to another location. I first walked into this office and was told that I would not be seen for an hour or 2 due to the fact that I did not register online. So when I told the little girl who sits in the front desk that I will wait she appeared to be annoyed . Then she started to talk about prices for being a walk in . After my phone called I approached the front desk , told the little girl that I will want to be seen, and she rolled her eyes at me !! I could not believe I was encountering this type of behavior . My niece needed to be seen by a Dr. Due to a bad cough .. They were locking up and chose not to see her 10:00 which is the time they close. I don't see that they are in this to help people .. i checked in online, they called me to let me know 1 1/2 wait for room. I get the call that the room is available I get there and as soon as I get there they get me a room to only wait another hour for the PA to come in for 2 minutes, after swabbing me for strep throat she said she will be back in a "few" minutes, hence 45 minutes later she finally comes in and for another 30 seconds to only confirm my medication antibiotics. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the doctors are caring. I had to phone the lab and the woman I spoke to was very helpful on both occasions and called me back when she said she would. Went in with a friend who had an obvious injury to his finger. It was 6:00 PM on a Saturday, and this facility was the only "urgent care" place around that was still open. They refused to see my friend, citing a policy to refuse Medicare patients. They wouldn't even let me pay out out pocket for him. We drove to a nearby ER instead, where my friend got appropriate treatment after only a ten minute wait and a $65 copay. Moral of the story: if you really need "urgent" care, call 911 or go to an ER. Don't waste your time trying to save money at an urgent care shop. read more

I really liked this location and this was my first stop before I was seen by Dr. Tony D. Keeble. So on Feb 28 2017 I was seen by him for a Stye infection which then he quickly checked and prescribed me some Antibiotics. I took two dosage of it the day I was seen ( one in morning and one at night as prescribed ) but when I woke up today the symptoms are seem to be worst, my eye is more swollen and red. I decided to call the clinic again to see if thats normal, nurse consulted with doctor and asked me if I can come again so he can double check again and I generally asked will there be a another visit charge as its not even 24hrs I came last time and she said yes as per doc this will be a second visit. I was like how stupid you can be ? Why do I pay you the office visit again within 24 hrs, if doctor would have prescribe appropriate medication at the first place it would have been perfectly fine and speaking of that I was seen for the same issue back in Dec 2016 and was seen by a lady doctor ( couldn't rmrber her name ) but she was very good i must say. I struggle with what rating to give this review - the care my daughter received yesterday was great, but the follow up today was a complete customer service fail. I called this morning to see if we needed to web check in for the follow up check today. I was told "no, just come in", so we did. The front desk staff wanted to know why I didn't web check in. When I shared that THEY said not to they didn't argue, but were less than thrilled. After waiting 45 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist scurried to the back to consult with someone and magically we were called next (almost like she had forgotten to check us in initially?). In the room the nurse undressed the wound and inspected it, said it looked good. Then he left. Not sure when/if he was coming back? By then we had been at Care Now for an hour and 15 minutes and my daughter had to be back at school for an extracurricular activity. I opened a drawer in the exam room, found some band aids and re-dressed her wound myself. I then told the sullen receptionist we could not wait any longer and we left. I understand needing to wait to be seen, but why on earth would you NOT have me web check in and cut down on the waiting time? It was a simple wound check that should have taken 10 minutes, tops. We have utilized Care Now for years with positive results, but once HCA bought them I had concerns that the quality of their customer service would decrease, and it really has. Clinical quality has remained excellent, but there is too much urgent care competition out there to tolerate the increasing mismanagement of their patient flow. read more

I was able to see the doctor for all of 3 minutes before he determined that he didn't know what was wrong with me, charged me $157 and sent me on my way with a generic antibiotic prescription. I've been coming to this Carenow for years. Always have had a great experience. This time the staff behind the desk was a little more disorganized. I was called after my web check-in and told they were ready for me. When I got there, I was told to have a seat and wait. 50 minutes later I approached the desk and realized that they had forgotten about me. The staff used to contact patients right after web check-in to verify information. The past two times I've gone I was not called for quite a while. On the other hand, I had a wonderful experience with one of the PAs, Puja Sakhrani. She was attentive, pleasant, and very helpful. I would see her again any time! Came in here because I cannot get an early schedule with my primary care doctor. The wait is not that long.. they really took care of me and everything I needed. Russel, gave me a shot and it did not hurt much though I say that was a powerful dosage because it stopped my nausea. Do not go to this place! I was diagnosed with a simple case of pink eye. They gave me mess and it went away. Sounds good, but then as pink eye does it came back in the other eye. I called them to get more eye drops and they aid I had to come back in and go through the entire process again, instead of just refilling my prescription. I was sitting at home with my boyfriend when we realized that the sinus infection I had was getting worse by the hour, and he wanted to take me to urgent care. I was reluctant because this was 2 hours before the Super Bowl started, our team was playing (and won, for the record), and we had company coming. When I called, they said they could get me right in, and they did. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with a prescription and after a steroid shot. The steroid shot really helped as did the antibiotics. They were nice and didn't try to convince me it was viral (I know my sinus infection history well and I appreciated that they trusted me as the patient). Even though their waiting room is large so I never feel crowded by others ( I can be a little bit of a "germaphobe").
