If I could give less than 1 star I would! Daughter home from college only for the weekend with a rash on her arm. Told a two hour wait so we ran some errands and came back after two hours, told would be another hour at least but we could leave again and when finished with our last errand we could come back without a wait. Got a call as soon as we arrived at our last errand to say we had to come back right away or be put at the end of the line. Rushed back to be put in a room for over an hour without any type of explanation. This is not an ER that's why we are here, horrible service never using this place again!! read more

Horrible service. Horrible wait times! They told me 2 and half hours until I would be seen, when I got there I had to wait an additional hour - they said with all the"emergencies " that came in they didn't have any rooms available. While the nurse and front desk attendant all say around swapping stories. read more

I've been here a few times, the doctors, nurses, and staff are all great. Got me feeling better in no time. Thank you

My experience was positive. Went to get checked after a week of respiratory problems. I did online check in and was immediately called back twice to head in. Arrived and was greeted and examined. In and out in one hour. X-rays, shots and full examination. 100% recommended. read more

My son had a bad case of strep throat & he is very skittish when it comes to any kind of medical testing. He is on the Autism spectrum & doesn't always take to people right off the bat. Dr. Tony Keeble took excellent & very compassionate care of him. We have always had very good experiences at this CareNow location & will continue to come back. read more

I've been to this location a few times. I haven't had any problems yet. From walk in to check out, everyone was and is very helpful. Dr. Keeble was awesome. Explained everything throughly. He gave adequate information on the symptoms and explained what the medications would do. I would recommend this CareNow location to everyone. Good place. read more

Dr Keeble and all the staff there are top notch! Dr Keeble is very knowledgeable and thorough. They have xray machines and sonograms there and capability to do their own labs so you can assure you are getting complete care. Love that you can do web check in and wait at home to be seen. Also you can set up a account with your insurance and family information that makes check in and check out so much easier. Great that they offer extended hours during flu season. I highly recommend Care Now. read more

Checked in online and they called me to come and it still took 1 hour and 45 min. Go to check out and they cant even give me a detailed receipt for me to turn in to my insurance company because i have to when i use a flex spending account card. Was told i have to call their billing department. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

Poor level of service, Lack of information provided no follow-up...overall bad experience

I hate this location but I started going here because it was close to me. The Staff is alright overall but the main doctor here acts like he doesn't care and doesn't explain anything to you. He rushes through the examination and has the bedside manner of -10. Go to Southlake location it is better. read more

I checked in online and came in when they called me. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they called me in after I arrived, about 3 minutes. Dr. Keeble and the staff were very nice and quick! read more

Very dissatisfied with this place. Seen the nurse practitioner & she didn't seem to have knowledge of what to do without asking the dr. Then prescribed me meds that did nothing. I called 2 Days later as I was still in horrible pain only to be told, 'wait another 5 Days, then call back if you are still in pain'. Seriously??? They were suppose to have a dr call me back as I said that is unacceptable but still no call back. Money well wasted. read more

My niece needed to be seen by a Dr. Due to a bad cough .. They were locking up and chose not to see her 10:00 which is the time they close. I don't see that they are in this to help people .. Really!!! Now we are at ER.. The staff seemed to laugh it off especially the dark headed male nurse.. The front desk were just as rude.. I wouldn't go there under any circumstance. read more

My son went there to get some immunization records updated. Amy S, who is a nurse there, was very argumentative and combative with me. I asked her questions about a medical form that was in her hand and she seemed to get extremely aggravated. She began cutting me off in the middle of my sentences. All of this was done in front of a counter full of other customers. I looked her name tag and asked her for her last name. Only then did she back down and started speaking rationally. Immediately after that I asked for a business card and told her to enjoy the rest of her day. Please DO NOT ever go to this place! Her attitude is poor and her customer service skills are worse. The only reason that I was able to restrain myself from lashing back at her was because I was in my US Army uniform and I have to represent my country no matter what kind of ignorant people I have to put up with. Again please do not take your business there. Go ANYWHERE somewhere else! read more

Horrible customer service. I had to call the clinic to confirm my web check in after an hour wait, they proceeded to tell me they needed to confirm my pharmacy and since I had waited an hour to head in to the clinic. When I got there they said 8 people are in front of me and it's another hour and half wait. They wouldn't track down who I spoke to who told me to come in and pretty much told me too bad. read more

The level of incompetence at this location is OFF THE CHARTS!!!! Following an almost 4 hour wait, not only did the front desk staff lose all of my paperwork containing personal and secure information, but when I questioned where it was they simply stated that they "didn't have it" and threatened to call the police when I insisted they find my personal forms. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. If this is any indication of the level of medical competence they possess, I would not want their staff treating me. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! read more

I went to Care Now tonight with a sore throat. Signed in at 7:45 p.m.. I received attentive professional care from two Patient Reps (Sarah and Katie), an LVN (Robin), and Dr. Steffens. I left the clinic around 9:00 p.m. with a prescription for an antibiotic. I was pleased with the service I received. read more

The staff in the front lobby is not friendly at all ! I will never come back here again ! Please do whatever it takes to go to another location. I first walked into this office and was told that I would not be seen for an hour or 2 due to the fact that I did not register online. I looked around the waiting room and thought to myself wow this place is empty there isn't going to be a wait times . So when I told the little girl who sits in the front desk that I will wait she appeared to be annoyed . Then she started to talk about prices for being a walk in . I had to call my partner to make sure it was ok to pay the amount of $ and the same little girl said " well we are about to close" I'm thinking to myself " mmm a little while ago there was an 1-2 hour wait to be seen and now y'all are about to close ? " I ignored her made my phone call and I'm the process of doing so the front off staff gathered around and were talking about me . I over heard a nurse at this location who has tattoos ((blessed )on her right wrist), glasses, blond hair, and tallish say " just tell him we are closed " . TALK ABOUT A CARE CLINIC !!! After my phone called I approached the front desk , told the little girl that I will want to be seen, and she rolled her eyes at me !! I could not believe I was encountering this type of behavior . I went to go sit down , and a few moments later I was called to the back by the nurse that I just mention . Talk about attitude that was thrown at me by this individual!!! When the doctor finally showed up into the room he asked me " how are you feeling " I responded " despite the fact that I am in so much pain right now , your front staff hates me! I didn't do anything to them for them to treat me the way they did. The doctor responds " well they all just got cussed out " I responded back saying " well I wonder why , with their attitudes that's not getting them anywhere " Needless to say PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !! read more

i checked in online, they called me to let me know 1 1/2 wait for room. I get the call that the room is available I get there and as soon as I get there they get me a room to only wait another hour for the PA to come in for 2 minutes, after swabbing me for strep throat she said she will be back in a "few" minutes, hence 45 minutes later she finally comes in and for another 30 seconds to only confirm my medication antibiotics. Needless to say the service was poor along with the customer service from the check in desk to the time I paid. Would not recommend! read more

I've used this clinic since they opened and was satisfied with their care. Disappointed how bad the service and wait times are - even for a simple upper respiratory infection. You'd think with all the new clinics in town they would only get better not worse. read more

I got a severe flu and in the morning I went to my family doctor. I was scheduled after hours at 6 pm so I stopped by Carenow. It was easy check-in & check out and fast. Pre employment drug test. I'm on my second hour of waiting for something that should take 5 minutes to accomplish

Some wait time but I was cared for well and ended up being sent to the ER to get a CT scan after some testing at CareNow. I ended up having appendicitis and it was helpful since CareNow called ahead and got me ahead in line at the ER. Thanks! read more

Went in with a friend who had an obvious injury to his finger. It was 6:00 PM on a Saturday, and this facility was the only "urgent care" place around that was still open. They refused to see my friend, citing a policy to refuse Medicare patients. They wouldn't even let me pay out out pocket for him. We drove to a nearby ER instead, where my friend got appropriate treatment after only a ten minute wait and a $65 copay. Moral of the story: if you really need "urgent" care, call 911 or go to an ER. Don't waste your time trying to save money at an urgent care shop. read more

I have had to visit this CareNow three times in the last month and each time the staff provided excellent service. I was able to check in online and so never had a long wait. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the doctors are caring. I had to phone the lab and the woman I spoke to was very helpful on both occasions and called me back when she said she would. I have used this Carenow for just about as long as it has been open. Dr Mary Steffen's is the best! What a joke! I was in their office for over an hour, after doing web check-in. I really liked this location and this was my first stop before I was seen by Dr. Tony D. Keeble. So on Feb 28 2017 I was seen by him for a Stye infection which then he quickly checked and prescribed me some Antibiotics. I took two dosage of it the day I was seen ( one in morning and one at night as prescribed ) but when I woke up today the symptoms are seem to be worst, my eye is more swollen and red. I decided to call the clinic again to see if thats normal, nurse consulted with doctor and asked me if I can come again so he can double check again and I generally asked will there be a another visit charge as its not even 24hrs I came last time and she said yes as per doc this will be a second visit. I was like how stupid you can be ? Why do I pay you the office visit again within 24 hrs, if doctor would have prescribe appropriate medication at the first place it would have been perfectly fine and speaking of that I was seen for the same issue back in Dec 2016 and was seen by a lady doctor ( couldn't rmrber her name ) but she was very good i must say. Anyways all I can say if you go to the same location please try not to be seen by Dr. Tony D. Keeble read more

Do not go to this place! I was diagnosed with a simple case of pink eye. They gave me mess and it went away. Sounds good, but then as pink eye does it came back in the other eye. I called them to get more eye drops and they aid I had to come back in and go through the entire process again, instead of just refilling my prescription. A total and complete corporate rip off!!!! read more

I was sitting at home with my boyfriend when we realized that the sinus infection I had was getting worse by the hour, and he wanted to take me to urgent care. I was reluctant because this was 2 hours before the Super Bowl started, our team was playing (and won, for the record), and we had company coming. When I called, they said they could get me right in, and they did. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with a prescription and after a steroid shot. The steroid shot really helped as did the antibiotics. They were nice and didn't try to convince me it was viral (I know my sinus infection history well and I appreciated that they trusted me as the patient). I'd definitely go back, though no offense CareNow, I hope it's a while before I need urgent care again. read more

Came in here because I cannot get an early schedule with my primary care doctor. The wait is not that long.. they really took care of me and everything I needed. Russel, gave me a shot and it did not hurt much though I say that was a powerful dosage because it stopped my nausea. Dr. Keeble is also very good -- diagnosed my situation correctly and prescribed me better meds. I have always come here if needed. Very efficient system and caring individuals. Thank you so much! read more

I struggle with what rating to give this review - the care my daughter received yesterday was great, but the follow up today was a complete customer service fail. I called this morning to see if we needed to web check in for the follow up check today. I was told "no, just come in", so we did. The front desk staff wanted to know why I didn't web check in. When I shared that THEY said not to they didn't argue, but were less than thrilled. After waiting 45 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist scurried to the back to consult with someone and magically we were called next (almost like she had forgotten to check us in initially?). In the room the nurse undressed the wound and inspected it, said it looked good. Then he left. Not sure when/if he was coming back? By then we had been at Care Now for an hour and 15 minutes and my daughter had to be back at school for an extracurricular activity. I opened a drawer in the exam room, found some band aids and re-dressed her wound myself. I then told the sullen receptionist we could not wait any longer and we left. I understand needing to wait to be seen, but why on earth would you NOT have me web check in and cut down on the waiting time? It was a simple wound check that should have taken 10 minutes, tops. We have utilized Care Now for years with positive results, but once HCA bought them I had concerns that the quality of their customer service would decrease, and it really has. Clinical quality has remained excellent, but there is too much urgent care competition out there to tolerate the increasing mismanagement of their patient flow. read more

I've been coming to this Carenow for years. Always have had a great experience. This time the staff behind the desk was a little more disorganized. I was called after my web check-in and told they were ready for me. When I got there, I was told to have a seat and wait. 50 minutes later I approached the desk and realized that they had forgotten about me. The staff used to contact patients right after web check-in to verify information. The past two times I've gone I was not called for quite a while. On the other hand, I had a wonderful experience with one of the PAs, Puja Sakhrani. She was attentive, pleasant, and very helpful. I would see her again any time! The nurses were wonderful also. read more

We live in Southlake and have several choices that are much closer; however, Dr. Keeble is worth the drive. The web check in is very convenient and eliminates the waiting room time. The staff is efficient, professional and has always given us great care. We have seen Dr. Keeble for about 10 years now and consider him to be our after hours physician. He is thorough, kind and very professional. I would definitely recommend! read more
