I had fallen victim to the illness that cold weather brings every year, but couldn't afford to miss work, so I had no choice but to get the necessary care to maintain everyday life. The staff at CareNow Bedford Euless was beyond exceptional, in more ways than one in getting me back to 100%. First, the fact that CareNow was open at 6:00 am during the height of cold/flu season deserves a 5* rating in and of itself, especially for the busy morning birds like myself. Second, like I mentioned earlier, the staff was awesome! Kind, courteous, understanding and diligent. Dr. Depue was swift in recognizing and diagnosing my illness and prescribing the correct remedy. Although I hope I don't get sick again... I'll definitely go back to CareNow Bedford Euless again. They were great! read more

There if nothing Urgent about this Urgent Care. I will say the actual staff who treated me was great, especially the person who did my stitches. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The front desk people are apathetic, and the actual organization/operation of this place and maybe UrgentCare as a whole (this is the only one I've been to) is terrible. I came yesterday (Thursday) because I had severely cut my hand/thumb and it was obvious that I needed stitches. I drove to this care now and when I got up to the desk the lady asked why I came in and took a look at my hand.Then she proceeded to watch me struggle filling out paperwork. The cut was deep and bleeding and in between my index finger and thumb of my dominant hand. They didn't even offer to help me fill out the paper. I understand the signature needs to be mine, but really? She really watched my visibly struggle writing. I probably bled on that pen. Then I sat for over twenty minutes until someone came and got me, took my weight, blood pressure etc, then had me wait in a different room for another twenty minutes until someone else came and looked at my hand and asked me some general questions, and then they took me to another area where they curtained off my room/bed from the main area I was in. I waited twenty minutes again until ANOTHER practitioner came and saw me, and looked at my hand, let me know I needed stitches and a tetanus shot and asked if I had any questions, and then left to go get what was needed for my stitches. While in my curtained off bed I could also hear other nurses gossiping and complaining about scheduling and getting shifts picked up. The the same guy came back after maybe 15 minutes to numb me and finally stitch me up. He was very nice, had a very calming presence, and did a great job. He told to make an appointment to come back tomorrow to make sure I'm healing in the proper direction , and them he left and I waited for ( you guessed it) 20 minutes for another lady to come and clean my bloody hand and give me my shot and see if I had any questions. Then she just left and I waited for a while before i just assumed I was good to go. The lady didn't tell me to but no one came back for a while so I was confused. I told the ladies at the desk I was told to come back tomorrow, and they told me to make an appointment online for tomorrow. So from entering this UrgentCare to getting my stitches was a little over 2 hours. I think that's a little ridiculous for someone who has a deep, open wound, and most of it was waiting in between all the different steps and rooms. Thankfully I brought my iPad to read a book while I waited. Fast forward to today, my follow up appointment. So at noon I entered 2 pm as my time to go in. I go around 2:15 and they say there are 11 people in front of me and it would be about 3.5 hours until they could see me. Apparently you can't actually make an appointment and the web check in is just the earliest time you can come in. I didn't know that, and the people told me to make an appointment, so I assumed it was an actual appointment time, similar to SwiftCare. I wish I wouldn't known and I would have entered a much earlier time. What was the point of driving all the way over there to be told that? I think it is clear the need to do actual appointment times, with time set aside for Urgent drop ins. I have been to the SwiftCare in Euless before, and highly recommend it over this place. You can make an ACTUAL appointment online, check in online, and be seen quicker. I've used them multiple times for my sons Covid tests when I get notified someone in his class had Covid. read more

This is probably the worst Care Now I've ever attended. I've even been to some in the hood and they seem to know better what they are doing. I've been here twice and that was enough to realize that this place will suck you dry out of your co-pays for no reason. The worst part is, the doctors never know what's wrong with you. I had to get stitches removed once and they never removed them for a while, I had to go back and get them removed because they got confused with my beard instead. The stitches were blue, so I don't know how they could've missed them. I told them how everything happened and they still didn't find my stitches. The second time I went, was because I thought I had a spider bite in my elbow. The doctor couldn't tell wether it was shingles or a spider bite. So he have me 3 types of medication to take along with an a abiotic that I clearly said I was allergic too. I felt worse taking this medication. It turns out I had a cellulitis infection on my elbow. I like how they tell you to check in online and they call you, to only make you wait 1 more hour in the waiting room. Sorry guys, I'm giving my money to a better and faster reliable place. read more

I walked in with an injured foot and none ur incompetent health workers helped. This company does not help if you are of color, i had to limp my way outside with zero care or help luckily i had my own crutches because not even a set of those i was given to help me walk. Your "highly trained" staff seem more like pre med students but at least even pre meds have more ethic to help than those with 5+ years of experience. Shame on you people who think they are making a difference but aren't. You people really couldn't help me get to the car in a wheel chair atleast but instead made me limp while in severe pain and barley able walk. You people saw me go in with a chair to the back and didn't in your pea brain heads that maybe just maybe i would need a wheelchair back out maybe even to the car which was parked right in front of door which should have been zero problems. Even Baylor has better care than you people. Do better as healthcare workers. If you people hate people and the job that much than what was the point of getting into the field. Had very painful head injury with concussion at work! PA Han comes in with an I don't care attitude and says you're fine , you don't need a CT and you can go to work the next am! My job is a safety related job and there was no way I could perform the functions of my job per FAA! Went back 2 days later saw another female PA who was even colder and ruder! I demanded a CT because these so called health professionals do not care about your health! Do not go to this facility you will be sorry!! read more

I'm from Southern California and this place is above and beyond any urgent care/ER experience I've ever had there. You can download the app and check-in through that, then they'll call you when they're ready for you. Just to give you an idea, I checked in, got the 'come in' call 2 hours later which is exactly what they estimated for me, sat in the waiting room for about 35 minutes, saw the doctor for 5 minutes, and was out the door with a prescription for antibiotics. No stress, no hassle, just quick down-to-business medical care. Plus there's coffee and tea in the huge waiting room along with multiple TVs and toys for the kiddos. Love it. read more

Online Check-In was simple and quick. Our insurance was verified immediately. Callback that they were ready to see us and that we could head to the office was less than 15minutes. Office staff were friendly and processed our new patient paperwork quickly. We were taken to the back within 15 minutes of arriving. We waited in the back for 10 minutes then was seen by Dr Keeble and then an RN, provided treatment, medicines, prescriptions and then we were out the door. I have had to visit this location a few times. The front staff is courteous, though they are quite busy. If you check in online, you'll get called back quickly. Wait times while in the room are about what you'd expect. It takes time for the doctor to make it around and the nurse to deliver the paperwork. Expect to be there about 2 hours total. My one complaint is checking out. There is only one person who handles is and that creates a bottleneck. Otherwise, this is my first choice. read more

i checked in online @ 6:30, i received a call saying it would be a couple of hours.. ok.. so i decide to take my daughter in at 8:30 to make sure she get seen before 9:00 closing. Still no call. Then when we get there i see people going in and out and for some reason the school physical customers were not waiting like i was. My daughter has strep throat by the way.. so we finally get called back at 10:00 pm.. we are then told the dr will be in soon.. 10:45 still have not seen dr or been acknowledged at all.. i ask if there are any cough drops and i was told no, asked were we forgotten and was also told no, there where 5 patients still there.. so i go back in my room. hear 2 people check out, its now 11:00pm.. why am i one of the last 3 customers when i checked in at 6:30? so i walked out, livid at this point and went across the street and paid $250 copay instead of 75.00 and was in and out in 15 minutes.. still livid and was the only place in my life i have walked out of, ever! read more

I gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. I have so much to say here I'm hoping it all comes out fully and clearly. I feel so much relief after reading these horrific reviews (wish I would have looked at them beforehand) because I literally had the worst experience I have ever had in a medical environment today at this location of Care Now. Thanks to the reviews I can now see that I'm not alone. In fact the two things that stand out most among these reviews is the ridiculous wait time (4.5 hours total from the moment I "checked in" online which includes a total 2.5 hours in the clinic) and the rudeness of the staff. We didn't notice anything off putting among the staff however, our MAJOR issue is with the physician at this location DESPICABLE. I have never come up against a more foul human being. He was condescending, abrupt, insulting, unkind and has no business being in a "helping" profession. He took his unchecked aggression out on my 2 year two separate times during his flu testing where he literally shoved the instrument so far up his nose it may have tickled his brain and yelled at us when our 2 year tried to swat him away making him have to perform the test again. This quack doc is psychotic, literally. We have had this flu test taken at least 3 other times in the past year and have never seen it performed so aggressively. I want to contact the police about this guy using his role as a health professional to take advantage of people. He bullied us, gave us no information, refused to give us our X-rays, and forced us to do tests that we stated we did not want. He in no way helped us. Shame on you, you sick minded people for thinking this is how healthcare should function. AVOID this place like the plague!!! read more

I've come here several times now when I've been sick, and each time I've been able to get in and out very quickly. A nurse always follows up later on to see if you've gotten better, which is really helpful because one time the medicine I took made me very sick. They were able to give me a new prescription over the phone and sent it right to my pharmacy. I'd definitely recommend Care Now to anyone wanting a quick doctor's visit. read more

I went to bed with a sinus infection, and my toddler woke up at 3 a.m. this morning with an ear ache. I knew we needed to see a doctor ASAP, and we also had company flying into town early in the morning. I didn't want to spend the day being sick and waiting for two doctor appointments... so at 3 a.m. I signed in to Care Now Grapevine, at 7:45 a.m. they called us to come in, by 9 a.m. we were out of the office with two prescriptions already called into our pharmacy (and if the company's flight hadn't come in early, we would have been right on time to pick them up!) The nurse and doctor were extremely friendly, caring, and professional. I felt like my daughter and I were both in good hands. The office staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I completed my information online and only had very minimal paperwork at the office. I highly recommend this office when you need to see a doctor ASAP. We had to pay a specialist co-pay but it was well worth it. We saved a day of waiting in pain. read more

Urgent care with departmental store timings... At carenow, grapevine, they close at 10 and you go in at 10.01, you will be thrown out... One of the rude front desk personnel i have ever come across.they have no compassion and concern. This center definitely lacks the care and politeness,and definitely lacks the basic humanity. It was friday night,and our 4yrs old kid had flu like symptoms( fever,cough,chills and cold).We called the front desk at Care Now,Grapevine center telling them that we were struck in traffic and might be late by a minute. When we arrived at the center it was 10.01 pm and they said that they close at 10 pm ,so they refused to even talk to us and asked us to leave. Even after a telling them that it was just a minute late and that we had already informed them,they didnt bother. The front desk people and the nurse were very rude, we even told them,that our kid's temperature is 102.2 and is having chills, they just rudely told us to leave.Time should'nt be a concern when you have a sick child at your doorsteps. Its a shame that such people are in medical field. As a Mom,worst experience ever.Do not go there for treatment. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Daughter home from college only for the weekend with a rash on her arm. Told a two hour wait so we ran some errands and came back after two hours, told would be another hour at least but we could leave again and when finished with our last errand we could come back without a wait. Got a call as soon as we arrived at our last errand to say we had to come back right away or be put at the end of the line. Rushed back to be put in a room for over an hour without any type of explanation. This is not an ER that's why we are here, horrible service never using this place again!! read more

Dr Keeble and all the staff there are top notch! Dr Keeble is very knowledgeable and thorough. They have xray machines and sonograms there and capability to do their own labs so you can assure you are getting complete care. Love that you can do web check in and wait at home to be seen. Also you can set up a account with your insurance and family information that makes check in and check out so much easier. Great that they offer extended hours during flu season. Go to check out and they cant even give me a detailed receipt for me to turn in to my insurance company because i have to when i use a flex spending account card. This was my 1st time using a Care now. Could be a fluke but I must report as I am quite disappointed. This is for the location near Hwy 121 and Glade. When I arrived Saturday around 8pm they told me my copay was $50.00. I said my card shows $25.00. They told me they CALLED my insurance company to verify coverage and they were told my insurance card is wrong that my co-pay is supposed to be $50. So I'm sick and decide not to argue. They told me my blood tests would take 3 days and to come back in on Tuesday for the results. I called Tuesday around 12p asking about my results and were told they weren't in yet. I called again around 3p because I was still in the area and got a different person and was told 'oh no ma'am it takes 7 days to get results' - well 2 days later they called me to come in for the test results saying one of my levels tested high but that it was probably lab error. When I looked at the report it showed they had the results that Monday before I called in on Tuesday. So not only did it not take 7 days it didn't even take 3 days. Apparently whoever I spoke to wasn't sure of how or where to check for my results. They had me come back in, retested me ( I waited almost an hour for the doctor even tho i checked in online) since there was a concern on one blood level and charged me $50.00 copay again. I asked the lady why I was being charged when the Dr. was the one who even admitted it was probably lab error. She told me well anytime you see the doctor your insurance company says we have to charge you. I was told the test results would be available the next day. Well the very next day I called and the person I spoke to started reading me my old results. I had to tell him I had been retested so he was able to pull the new tests and sure enough all levels tested fine this time. I called my insurance company shortly thereafter and they told me Care now needs to refund you- your copay is $25 for urgent care. Your insurance card is correct none of your fees for any type of medical care are $50 so they certainly didn't call and speak to us. I was also told that they should refund me the 2nd visit since there was lab error. I haven't called care now yet because I'm waiting for my EOB from the insurance company to come in the mail first. Also the nurse that drew my blood the 2nd time around, it burned unlike before and there was an issue with their ekg machine. I gave 2 stars only because the Doctors were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Tony Keeble's Attitude Went to the doctor for an issue. Wrote down my pre existing condition on the forms they ask you to fill out. A condition that I've been dealing with for over 20 years, which is something completely different from what I went to the doctor for. Get my meds...got them in my system... almost healed...feeling fine and dandy! Nurse called me with lab results 4 days later.. I'm all nervous and scared, so I go back up to the CareNow. She says that she can either give me the lab results on paper or let me talk to a doctor, but I'll get charged another copay. I chose the paperwork, but I didn't really understand all of the terminology, so I decide to talk to the doctor. I wasn't in the office with him for ONE WHOLE MINUTE and all he did was tell me about the pre-existing condition that I've been having for the last 20 years. I informed him that I already knew this information and I was sitting there in shock. Shaking my head because I was going to have to pay another $30 for a one minute conversation about a condition that had nothing to do with my primary visit to the doctor. He continued to talk, even when I said "Wow I can't believe I gotta get charged $30 for something that I already knew"... He just talked right over me, like I wasn't there and then showed me to the door and told me to sit in the lobby and wait to be checked out. I guess you could say that the look was all over my face, because I was disgusted, so, I then asked the nurse at the counter a simple question: "When a patient comes in and writes down their pre-existing condition, why would they get charged another copay for you to tell them about that pre-existing condition. Especially if the pre-existing condition has nothing to do with why I came to the doctor in the first place?" She understood my concern, so I guess she must have brought it to the attention of the doctor. He then called me back into the back office, told me that he would waive the payment and he told me to my face that my attitude sucked because I ASKED for him to explain the paperwork to me, which I did. But I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that does not understand all of the lingo that doctors use, so I wanted him to explain it to me to be safe! Is that wrong? But the fact that it was a one minute conversation and they thought that it was okay to charge me another $30.... Is beyond ludicrous to me. He could have simply waived it because it was the right thing to do..not because of my so called "attitude" ( I didn't get loud, I didn't curse, I didn't disrespect him. I was even trying to tell him that I appreciate him waiving it, but while I was talking, he just was done with me... I ask myself... Did he think my attitude sucked because I'm broke and couldn't afford it & I was letting it be known?) Oh Well... Its the truth He could have waived it because he knew that that one minute was not worth my $30. That's $ I can put in my refrigerator or in my gas tank. But no....he waived it just to get me out of the office! And that's exactly what I'm going to do, never go back to that office! read more

Very disappointed with the service I received. I'm from out of state and I got really sick in Dallas so I went to the care now urgent care center. I was diagnosed with strep throat so bad that I couldn't open my mouth or even swallow. The doctor put me out of work for 3 days. My job requires me to deal with a lot of people everyday. Three days was not enough for healing. I still am incapable of eating and I can barely drink water. I called the urgent care asking for my out of work to be extended. I was scheduled to work early the next day and I was still sick. They said they'd call me back that night with an extension. They never did. I did call again clarifying that I needed an extension that night and they put me on hold until their line cut out because they closed. If you're looking for a trustworthy clinic I would skip this one. read more

I hate this location but I started going here because it was close to me. The Staff is alright overall but the main doctor here acts like he doesn't care and doesn't explain anything to you.
