One time I fell on a concrete storefront and told him about it, he checked out my hands and said you didn't fall you passed out, if you would of fell you would have scratches on your palms. He said call your Dr when you get home. With that he excused himself and came back telling me l have an appointment with Dr. C. He also diagnosed my thyroid cancer Dr. Ghawji saved my life 2 times. They are all really good. I have called several times for a prescription refill and never get a call-back nor refill. Whenever I call back, she is argumentative and insulting. I have encountered this three times over the years and I have come to the conclusion that I am DONE. At this time I will be moving on to another endocrinologist. I will truly miss Dr Ghawji. My new insurance hardly covered services needed -including critical medicines I need for survival! Angie & the team at E247 worked with the Pharma companies to get me a supply of free meds. They also offer discount labs for self-pay. It's not as big as some other places in town & their lab results are not instant (including A1C). But they got my numbers back in the right direction! Everyone is very kind, attentive and helpful. I only spoke with Dr. Ogwa on my first visit; however, Tiara Richmond is a delight & took wonderful care of me, Ms. Shanta is AMAZING -she gets my labs (always on the 1st try) & PAIN FREE and Angie is a true superhero behind-the-scenes working to get me the best care. I was handed medication by an office manager and asked to take it, which immediately made me uncomfortable. I spoke with the physician directly to express my concerns about the level of care and professionalism I was experiencing. Now I'm at the hospital needing testing done, but the office staff still cannot seem to get the orders entered correctly so the hospital can actually perform the test. I've now been waiting for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. I really tried to give grace and be understanding, but at this point I think it's time for me to find a new physician. Your health, peace of mind, and trust in your medical team matter too much to ignore when something doesn't feel right.

The appointment times are just a suggestion for the doctors, not the patients who are held to a time frame. I was there at the Collierville location and waited for 30 minutes in a small waiting room with at least 1 person coughing. There were about 6 people ahead of me and I had a 9:45 appointment. I rescheduled after waiting 30 minutes. Unacceptable today. Giving it another chance next month before I move on to another doctors office. After this next appointment, I may be revising stars up or down. I scheduled the first appointment for the day. Live and learn.

After going back and forth for 7 months, I had him change cardiology groups. The new group has, in one month: 1) taken him off of the Digoxin on first visit (he feels so much better, not tired, drowsy or suffering mental fog); 2) performed the cardioversion, and 3) scheduled him for the cardio ablation July 17th. This group has managed to totally complete his treatment in one month's time. He had been "treating" with Stern since November of 2025 with no treatments other than drugs and tests. We are very disappointed in our experience with Stern. Scheduling was a nightmare. It felt like my husband was "just a number" in a long, drawn-out process to milk the insurance company.

I have had the pleasure of working with him on two separate occasions and in both instances he has genuinely tried to solve my health puzzles. He gets right down to business and gets all the tests ordered and blood drawn. He actually looks at past records and asks thorough questions. On one occasion he called himself to let me know my test results over the weekend! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Dragutsky and I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.
