The communication with the MA's is horrible. One literally just told me in my chart that they are understaffed and see 40 plus patients a day. She was irritated that i was requesting a follow up on my lab results and a much needed MRI order to be sent to radiology for my care. Then she proceeded to attempt to correct me when i messaged earlier about the MRI stating "I never said it was sent. I said i would send it". Really? It's been a week and you want to correct me? It has not been sent!!! It's been a week and nothing gets done unless i follow up and continue to ask. And i waited a week before even asking about the MRI in order to be patient. If i don't advocate for myself who will? Not good customer service at all.

The wait times are horrible; you are not able to get a follow up regarding your care some of the staff is rude (not all) and it is very hard to contact the office. I was told my appointment was one date show up for it to be told it is a different date and time and I could not be fitted in after taking time off of work. I am still awaiting to be advised if I need to resume medication following an appointment over a month ago after reaching out and stopping by the office to say someone would contact me still waiting. This is my health and it does not seem that they care.
