Like what kind of people threaten to send to collections when I never received any prior notices! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service! He recommended Dr. Levy and I could not have asked for a more thorough Dr. He gave me a pad and pen and had me write down everything he said for my sons treatment. His staff was so sweet and my son grew up going to get his allergy shots each week and loving Dr. Levy and the nurses!! I even had to call Dr. Levy many times at home and he always answered my calls and instructed me as to what to do, especially when we were out of town. My son is now 34 and it is because of the care he was given by Dr. Levy that he has a handle on his allergies and asthma to keep it under control. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Levy!!

I have need of the services provided by Memphis Lung at their Southaven office and have had 3 visits there thus far. The experience of an office visit at this location is beyond my most positive expectations of what health care should look like. Everyone and I mean everyone I encountered who worked in that office was courteous, personable, professional, skilled and knowledgeable! Uncannily so! I had a 10AM appointment and signed in at 9:55. My name was called for my copay at 10 and I was called to head to an examination room at 10:05. After going through triage I was asked about current meds and such by a young lady who met all of my aforementioned description. We ended up having a most pleasant conversation after she admired a bracelet I was wearing and my phone case. She took the web address for the phone case to order one for her dad. The doctor also epitomized the aforementioned description. After thoroughly answering all questions and explaining my treatment he asked if I was an alum of the cap I was wearing. I am not but my son is in his Junior year there. This sparked a conversation about the school's stellar reputation according to his sources and experience and what a fine young man my son must be to have gotten accepted. After the exam, the check out went in a similar fashion. The young lady who got the case website earlier sought me out before I left to thank me for coming in and providing info that she said will make a special Christmas gift for her dad. Everyone in that office that I encountered are my new best friends! This is the type of health care that everyone wants to receive. You want it to be competent and professional of course but also caring and personal. Bravo to Memphis Lung Southaven!
