Complete tear off roof on our home in June, 2021. Pablo…read morepromptly came to our home and provided a price that was well below our other estimate, and stuck to it. When the materials arrived, he contacted us and began the process of scheduling our install. He answered my texts and emails promptly. We agreed upon an installation date and the crew was here at the scheduled time. They worked hard all day long to complete the job in one day. They almost did it. Came back the next morning at 7:00am and were gone by 9:00am. They had a dumpster in the driveway and put tarps around the house to keep debris as contained as possible. While the crew installed the roof, two guys were cleaning up on the ground. So very thorough. On the last day they went around our home with a magnet in the stone, lawn and cement to capture nails and other metal debris. Then they went into the lawn with a rolling magnet looking for more nails. They were very conscientious of our home and respected our home as if it were their own. Our roof looks magnificent. I love the color I finally chose. We had lots of rain the week after install and not a single roof concern. Pablo followed through with every aspect. Someone from the crew would immediately contact him if they weren't able to answer my concern. We are very happy we chose Citywide Home Exteriors for our new roof. Thank you, Pablo and crew

Since initially contacting Pablo and him providing a very solid estimate with different options of shingles was extremely impressive. There was absolutely no pressure he was extremely responsive and truly easy to get along with it. He had promised me the work would start in two weeks and to my surprise the crew came out in two weeks. He promised me the work would be done in approximately 2 1/2 days, and sure enough the work was done. The crew cleaned up nicely when they were done and were very respectable to the area and my neighbors. I ended up going with the timberline shingles and he help me register the warranty with a company. Even though it was not his problem they were two small leaks from the gutters which his foreman José took care of while they were up there working. So glad we went this way. I was not expecting such an honest individual.
