He did not help my dad as was his job. One day my dad fell and was laying in the floor for 3 hours. "A" would not help my dad stand, walk, do his exercises, nothing. He didn't give my dad his lunch or medicine at certain times when asked to by my mom. My dad had so much distrust of "A" that he would tell him he didn't want lunch because he literally didn't trust "A" to fix it. When Maxim was told about all this several times by my mom, they just told her they had no one else. They did nothing to try to make the situation better. Maxim was paid thru the VA because my dad is a veteran, so I guess they didn't care to actually do their job but just wanted to collect the money. We are now moving on to a different care agency.
