Review for Innovative Healthcare Consultants…read more I had a terrible experience with Innovative Healthcare Consultants. The caregiver they sent, Vincenza, was extremely unprofessional. She slept during her shift, and when we told her that staying awake was necessary, she became very defensive. We also explained that my mom's pillows were arranged specifically for her comfort after neck surgery, and asked that they not be moved. Instead of being respectful, the caregiver got upset, saying we were focusing on "little things" and threatened to leave. When I told her she could go ahead and do that, she started yelling. We then told her to leave the house, which she did--slamming the door and continuing to yell all the way to her car in the street. The difference between this caregiver and others we've had from other companies was night and day. Innovative Healthcare Consultants clearly needs to improve their screening and hiring processes. I've blocked them through my company's benefits portal to ensure I never have to deal with them again. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
