It was a no brainer…read morebecuase we found a model that had the right features, great quality, was gorgeous, at a great price, and was in stock! When they reached out to arrange installation, I asked for delivery either first or second week of November. They delivered on November 1st! York (who is the manager and is excellent btw) recommended an electrician they work closely with, Frank Chabot and this guy was aces. No fuss, just fast and professional work at a reasonable price. When we started up the hot tub last night, there was a slight hum coming from one of the pumps. I sent an email to York this morning, and got a call back within minutes. The pump will be replaced same day! Truly, they have exceeded our expectations. Their "say to do" ratio is 100%. I highly recommend them!
