Not a big fan of writing negative reviews, before giving an opportunity for reconciliation to the involved party. I tried to do that several times to no avail. Therefore, there is a need to share this experience with others. I ordered 2 faucet handles through Niagara faucets and was charged for 2, including a $25 shipping fee, but only received one faucet handle. I sadly gave Niagara the option of refunding me for one faucet handle or sending me the 2nd one. They chose to refund me for one handle, without taking into account the high cost for shipping for which I had paid for to receive 2 faucet handles. So, in effect I ended up paying significantly more for one faucet handle! I offered to pay back the amount of money that was refunded to me, and go back to the original purchase agreement, of receiving 2 faucet handles for the price that I had initially paid. However, Niagara Faucets decided to pass on the extra cost to me, even though it was they, who did not honour my original purchase. If I want to order a second faucet handle now, I will have to pay extra for shipping once again, and that is not good customer service! read more
