First of all, every time he has gone into the store to buy something they don't have anything in stock or have to order it online for him to get the deal which makes NO Sense. They tell him it will only take a few days to come in and then after a few days say oh actually it will be 6-8 weeks (this has happened more than once) He bought me a beautiful bracelet for our wedding day and it literally fell apart after one day wearing it. We wanted to get his wedding ring a bit smaller so they told us he would have to return it and order a new one, so we did that. Apparently they "called" us a week later to tell us that particular ring had been discontinued now... and we could not get it any longer but had still returned our other ring. We did NOT receive a phone call about this and are obviously upset because that ring was special to my husband and now it's gone forever because of Peoples not knowing wtf they're doing. WE WILL NEVER BUY JEWELLERY FROM HERE AGAIN, and honestly we suggest that you don't either. I'm sad that I even have to continue going there to have my wedding rings inspected. What a joke. - Extremely unhappy customer.
