My partner and I recently purchased our first house in Brockville, ON. As we are young and in our mid 20's with no prior experience in home ownership, we decided to get an inspection. We chose Armada because of the already glowing reviews in the area, but we still didn't really know what to expect. We were able to get a 48 hour turnaround from call to appointment which was a good start. However, they really began to shine when the inspection appointment came around. We turned up 15 minutes prior, to find Richard and Carol-Anne already working on the inspection. They were thorough, took their time and I believe they did all they could to identify faults with the home. Not only that, but afterwards they spent a significant amount of time walking and talking us through the things they saw. They have also followed up with emails and phone calls to identify contractors and further explain and advise. Richard is Ex Military and the thoroughness, dedication to excellence and discipline was apparent. I would absolutely recommend Armada to anyone looking for inspection services.
