So much in fact that Yoshi now recognizes the street they're on before we drop him off at daycare and he gets excited! Precious Pet Care checks all the marks for us: they're kind, attentive, close by (bonus points!), and they offer an extensive amount of services that are far beyond my imagination. Who knew my dog could get supervised socialization in an intimate setting, get groomed when needed, and get dropped off by their Magic Pink bus? I mean, I can't with all of this cuteness! I also appreciate that they're flexible with accommodating Yoshi, especially since our work schedules are a little crazy sometimes. Their end of day report cards are also so thoughtful and I look forward to reading them every time. There are many great doggy daycare and boarding spots to take your pets to, but Precious Pet Care is top tier and by far the happiest we've ever been with pet care services. They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. Walter is our new English Bulldog pupperoni (11 months) who loves to be around other dogs, though still learning Ps and Qs. We wanted to find a new daycare for them and came across this lovely place on yelp. I emailed them to set up a visit and they were very nice and accommodating. Everyone is sweet, you can tell they love our animals and they are professional. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and were able to check out the play area from the window in the lobby (also watched the video on their website) and they let us into the suites area since there were no dogs in there. When Ruth stays for the day, she stays in their suite and probably loves the break from Walter. Walter goes into the playgroup with the other pups. They asked for all the vaccinations and will ask for updated vaccines as well, which we love and feel very comfortable with. We know we stay up to date with everything and we want to be sure our pups are around other pups that have everything updated as well. We love the report cards. Especially since Walter is so young, we like to see how he is doing with the other dogs. I added some of the pics from their recent visit. Just look how happy he is and Ruth loves the big suite and comfy bed. We are very happy with this wonderful daycare.

A day before my appt I called (was on hold super long, eventually got hung up on by accident) and they couldn't find my appt. The gal helped me make one very quick over the phone though. Their website also says they are closed/no appts Sunday Monday & Tuesday, but they are open M & T. Anyway-- staff was great though the experience wasn't great before. Was on hold for a very long time when I called, but they were able to accommodate an appt switch once we did get in touch. Nice front desk guy, vet and vet tech were all very sweet- quickly booked next appt, called us for any issues with our pet and finished everything promptly. I believe the audio was being recorded on an iPad (it's no problem), but no permission was asked beforehand, which is strange since other vets do. In conclusion-- this is a business you HAVE to call to get help, would totally recommend in person service once you are there, would return if needed.
