He helped me both with my business taxes and personal taxes, and WOW was I impressed with his knowledge. His expertise was such a relief to be able to lean on this year. Ron also has a unique since of humor, which may not be for everyone, but it made paying taxes oddly relaxing for me (and dare I say, even enjoyable). Would strongly recommend Ron for both business and personal tax needs!

Tim was amazingly brilliant, dynamic in our call. He connected in a very real and warm way. He quickly got down to what the issues are that are holding back; asked pointed, honest and direct questions to help you uncover the reason. He helped me get very clear about next-steps in my current resume and then take steps in transforming my resume to a good one. Investing in taking time to talk to Tim was worth it. I had sent in my linkedin profile as well as resume prior to the meeting so Tim had the time to review my profile. Right off the bat, Tim went straight into commenting on my resume, pointing out a few things that stood out to him. After inquiring about the type of jobs I was looking for, he then proceeded to make a few suggestions on how I can better present my resume while emailing me several resume samples and templates as guidance. I walked out of our first meeting feeling more supported than ever. I can see how job searching and resume updating can be a lonely, hard and long journey so it's great to have a service like Your next jump that can help you feel better on that road. Kind of like Job search therapy with tactical solutions. I highly recommend Tim's services to all jobseekers out there. He is empathetic, intelligent and to had a great sense of understanding of what I was hoping to get out of this and as a result, he more than delivered!

I'm not sure exactly what happened but my tax returns were supposedly completed over two months ago and I can't get this guy to return my phone call. I booked meetings with him and then he doesn't answer. He seems to always have an excuse why he isn't available, stomach trouble, busy and the last time I spoke to him, he said he was holding my tax returns for payment, but he had never even given me a bill. I don't know if he has dementia or what's going on, but this was extremely frustrating and a huge waste of my time.

Moving my account to Baker and Company may count as the best business decision I've made this year. Baker & Company get two things right all the time: customer service and knowing how to make the IRS work for their clients. Twice in the last six months our company has received notices from the IRS stating we owed them, and twice this year our company has received checks from the IRS. I just sent it all over to Baker & Co. and they worked their magic. If finances get tough at the end of the month, the office joke has been that we just need the IRS to send us another notice.
